I was traveling through Alabama on my way home to Florida and noticed I needed a quick oil change. I exited the interstate at the Prattville exit and lucky for me for a great Grease Monkey shop. They got me in right away, did an outstanding thorough job and got me back on my way quickly. The best part was it was all done at a no pressure fair price. The employees are all great and very helpful. 5 star review and I highly recommend this place.

The prices are outrageously high at this business. The personnel are friendly. The time you wait for your service is acceptable compared to the type of service it is. I would like to have taken photos of the place, but I didn't know if they would charge me for it. lol

Exceptional customer service. The staff is very kind and courteous! I had an oil change and tire rotation done here. I was promptly informed during the tire rotation that the rear brake pads needed to be replaced. I was shown this and asked if I would like to have this done as well. The technician also informed me not long after that my right rear tire had a nail in it. They can’t patch tires here, but I appreciated being notified of this. The technician filled the tire with air and marked where the nail was at. He notified me it could be patched. I highly recommend the staff here!
