This is a great company , the staff is very professional ,very quick response time ,easy to work with the installers ,they all are very experienced in there field. Kenny is a great installer, very meticulous and very knowable about A/C and heating, a great guy. Jakob , great tech knows his job like the back of his hand , can fix any heating or cooling problem, another great guy. Joe , great marketing , very informative about all Carrier products no pressure to make a sale, a great guy, a very pleasant guy to work with. Made sure everything went smooth with the install and even called the next day to see that everything was working O.K. Jennifer, made sure all paper work was completed , rebates,product registration,sale invoice ,and future appointments, quick response to any questions. This is a top notch company happy to do business with them,a great team keep up the great work.

This company is amazing!!! Our AC went out and we were expecting company. It was supposed to be in the 80's and 90's during their stay.
Before contacting Gray's, we had called 3 other companies with no call back. We called Gray's at 4pm and they were here at 7:45am the next morning. Jakob and Lynn(the owner) went above and beyond to make sure that we had our AC back up and running before our company got here! We couldn't be happier! Robin in the office is also so kind and professional! Thank you so much Gray's for your outstanding customer service!

Can’t say enough about the wonderful service we received today! Our thermostat went out yesterday and furnace ran nonstop all day while we were at work. Bought a replacement, hubby installed it and it seemed like life was good again. Not so much. Got home tonight and the house was down to 60! Went over all the wires, checked circuit box, anything we could think of, no luck. Called Grays for help. The young lady who answered the phone was personable and efficient, contacted a repairman on call right away, and he was here within 30 minutes! Turned out it was the owner. Very nice man, said he likes to meet new customers himself. Turns out we just had a loose wire in the furnace. He found it quickly and the heat was going within 10-15 minutes. He also gave us some good advice about servicing our air conditioner this spring and answered questions about possibly upgrading to a WiFi thermostat in the future. Very knowledgeable! Oh, and did I mention the 50% off the service call fee for being new customers? We will now be life long customers!

Ken and Keith installed a new heating and air system, power humidifier, thermostat and did some duct work as well. They were very professional and did an excellent job. They were happy to answer all our questions and took time to show us how the new system worked. Highly recommend this company. Owner Lynn Gray was very helpful and easy to work with as well.

Woke up Saturday morning to a very chilly house and was so relieved knowing that Gray's has 24-hour service. Shane was great! He came out quickly and found my issue within minutes. He took the time to show me what the issue was and didn't overall check on my furnace before he left. I will definitely use Gray's in the future

Excellent customer service!!! Our Furnace quit in the middle of the night and Gray's showed up within 30 minutes and assured me everything would be taken care of within 24 hours. To my surprise Joe called me back within an hour and had Hvac techs on the way to get the furnace swapped out. Mind you this is their busiest time of the year and it was -1 degree outside. I will not use anyone else for now on. I am a customer for life!!!

Two years ago I had Gray's install 1) a whole-house generator; 2) a complete, forced-air air conditioning system; 3) a combination high-efficiency boiler/water heater. The crew was here for days and performed efficiently, expertly and courteously, and lead technician Jim Joy did not leave until everything was perfect. Since then, all follow-up service has been what every homeowner hopes for: prompt, efficient, courteous. My energy bills are indeed lower and the systems are state-of-the-art perfect.
