Everyone was pleasant and polite from the guard to the inspector clean out to the lady shipping clerk. Got there at 10pm, with four hours left on my clock. Took them 6 hours to load me. I was doing the 3/7 split shift and they wouldn’t allow me to stay for the last hour which extended my 7 hour break now to a 10 hour break. There was NO ONE other than myself to be loaded. The yard dog appeared to find pleasure in forcing me out. Drive away fro. That place as far and as fast as you can. Would give 0 star if I could.

One of the ABSOLUTE WORST places to get loade? Over 7 hours to get loaded and they have the nerve to NOT ALLOW overnight parking!!! They have signs posted " if you're low on hours,to got park at the Love's and come back after your break! REALLY!!!!! Then they want you to have a trailer clean enough to eat off the floor! Look around! These places (paper mills) are some of the MOST DIRTIEST places you could imagine! AND THEY DON'T PAY MUCH!!!!! NO REGUARDS TO THE TRUCK DRIVER'S TIME!! I'LL LOOSE A DAY, DEADHEAD AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF MILES, OR JUST SIMPLY GO HOME EMPTY BEFORE I HAUL ANOTHER LOAD OF PAPER ROLLS! SMH?‍‍?

I wouldn’t give them even one star but here’s my experience, I check in they were very nice at the gate. My trailer was clean but they still wouldn’t load me saying I have debris in the trailer. The MANAGER told me I shouldn’t be driving a truck because I have a disability and then turned around and said he didn’t know what I was talking about. My load got canceled and I left but man this is most horrible places I’ve been to. Don’t waste your time unless your trailers brand new.

My experience loading at this location was the same as all their locations. Graphic Packaging is food grade paperboard and they are very picky about conditions of trailers. It MUST be to their standards. If not, You will not be loaded. Appointment times don't seem to be their priority. Condition of your trailer is. They have busy times and you'll be waiting. They have areas for you to take your DOT break. It's not the easiest place to pick up loads but much depends on you. Prepare your trailer for their standards will speed up the process.

BEFORE you come here,

1. Make sure to use the bathroom and go get yourself something to eat! You will be here for a while. It's gonna be longer than even a Tyson load. ?‍? Got here at 239 for a 3pm appointment. I did not leave until 1am with my load. Please make sure you take care of everything you need to before coming here.

2. Very little reception on Tmobile and Verizon was DEAD‍♂️ I did, however, have 2 bars on AT&T. Don't expect to watch any movies or stream unless already downloaded to your device. ?

3. Do NOT go to the main entrance if you have dry van. Go to the one just after the main entrance on the left. Gate B or something like that. You'll know it when you see the sign.

4. Make sure your trailer is SPOTLESS! I saw a guy get rejected 4 times. They will check. No nails, no dirt, nothing. Lick the floor type of thing almost. ?

5. No overnight or re-parking after you are loaded/unloaded. Gotta leave the property. They will come get you if you try. Don't ask how I know. ?

On the upside, everyone I spoke to was nice and friendly. I was even told at check-in that I was screwed. I appreciated that. Good luck and prepare for a nasty split or a 10hr break. Good luck. ?

Only took 7 hours to get loaded.
I heard one driver had a wellness check done because he'd been there so long, don't know if he ever got finished loading though?
