This was my first time in this Goodwill and I didn’t have anything in particular I was looking for. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was that it smelled clean and fresh. That is the first time I’ve ever experienced that in a Goodwill.
This location is larger than most I’ve been to. The staff were pretty friendly. The dressing rooms were blocked off with carts and signs. I asked an employee if it was available to use. She stated I could use one of the first rooms. So I’m not sure why it was ALL blocked off.

Zero Stars! My experience at this Goodwill Outlet has taken a disappointing turn. Unfortunately, my time there has been marred by unprofessionalism and unpleasant interactions, particularly with a cashier who wears a mask, Tiffany.

Tiffany seems to forget that customer service is a priority. Her demeanor is unfriendly, bordering on hostile, and I've found her to be incredibly unprofessional. Rather than assisting customers, she often seems preoccupied with her phone, which doesn’t instill confidence in her ability to serve effectively.

Moreover, the overall operation of the store leaves much to be desired. Employees constantly on their phones and talking amongst each other for long periods of time. Lately, the pace is slower than normal schedule; items are rotated and set out in a sluggish manner. Employees rummage/steal the goods before they’re made available to customers. This practice not only diminishes the shopping experience but also raises questions about fairness and accessibility for all shoppers.

When issues arise, the lack of managerial presence makes resolutions difficult. I’ve noticed that managers are rarely on the floor, seemingly detached from the day-to-day operations. This disregard for customer experience adds to the frustrations of shopping at this location.

Additionally, I must express my concern regarding the prices of furniture and appliances. Strangely, many of them are priced higher than retail. This practice undermines the very purpose of Goodwill Outlet.

To top it all off, the smell of marijuana around the store is off-putting and unprofessional. It creates an environment that is neither welcoming nor conducive to a positive shopping experience.

Overall, my experiences at this Goodwill Outlet have been disappointing. From unfriendly staff to overpriced items, slow rotations, and a lack of managerial support, it's difficult to recommend this location for anyone. I hope they can address these issues, as there is potential for a much better customer experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been shopping at outlets as a reseller for 13 years. The employees here are the definition of lazy. Just walking around talking to each other and on their cell phones. I have been here almost 3 hours and zero clothing rotations have happened. An employee even lied when I asked the manger why nothing had come out and she said she had done which was false everything out was still from the prior day with the exception of one small section. I truly don’t understand how this store makes any money or has any reoccurring customers. Every single person I talked to said the new manager is ruining the place and deliberately doesn’t put new things out just to be petty. I was excited to come to this location since I have never been but it was a MASSIVE disappointment and waste of time. I have worked in retail management for years and I have never ever seen such a lack of leadership, accountability , and work ethic. From what I can tell these people are getting paid to do NOTHING.

We went today and had a great experience. At the front is an actual Goodwill store. Then for the outlet/ bins part of Goodwill you drive around to the back of the building. The staff was so nice and very helpful while we were shopping at the store. The outlet was overall clean and smaller than some of the other places we have been. However not saying anything negative about that just noticed. The staff and shoppers at this outlet were both helpful and polite. We have been at outlets before where you might get elbowed in the face. Not here a nice relaxed setting. We will definitely go back.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would!!! This is the worst outlet I’ve ever been to (I’ve been to numerous in different states) They are super slow and barely rotate anything. And skip last rotation most of the time. Employees are so rude here. Always talking to each other or playing on their phones. And at times smoking weed in the back. You never see the newest manager. She’s always in her office they say. This place needs to shut down and fire everyone and start new. Also needs to be cleaned up and some heat turned on in here.

The outlet used to be good, when Ed was the manager. Now the new managers, don't actually manage, they just sit in the back. Instead they leave the cashier in charge of the store, and she harasses and is rude to all the customers. The employees don't do much, there always to busy on their phones, smoking weed, and pulling all the good stuff in the back to take home

This was about the saddest thrift store I've been in lately. Used to live over in the area almost a decade ago now and never went here before. Figured I wanted to treat myself to something funky and cheap for a Christmas party. This is not the place to find it. If you aren't an XL who likes Walmart brands or Shein, don't even bother. If there ever was anything vintage here, it was long gone. It's all cheap fast fashion brands that have stains and rips on them. There's barely anything for people in the single digits, either (I'm a 10 or M, and it was slim pickins finding stuff for an average sized gal like me).

It's just like the donation guys sent all the good stuff to other thrift store locations and left this one with the bottom of the barrel slop. I've never once gone into a thrift store and left completely empty handed, but I guess there's a first time for everything. Gave it 2 stars since it is full of stuff. Nothing good, mind you, but stuff all the same. Won't be returning.

This Goodwill outlet is a scam.
I have frequently donated at this goodwill and never donated broken item.
They get free donations for everything and still sell those items for expensive price.
The sell broken items to you and won’t even let you return it or offer exchange or refund even when you have bought them for expensive price because of their dubious policy.
I have gotten expensive items at goodwill and went home only to find out it it’s broken.
They don’t scrutinize the donated items to see if it’s broken or bad, all they care is to sell it and make money.
It’s currently also a dumping ground for people and goodwill will just sell those things no matter how bad they are.
I bought vacuum cleaner and clipper on to get home and they were broken. This is not the first time it’s happening to me
Give me back my money, or give me a good item.I feel scammed !
