We found this company through Google, we needed someone to fix our dryer because it stopped working. They came out the next day and had to order a part that took only a little bit to be delivered. We had no idea what was wrong with our refrigerator- It was not cooling properly and we thought it was due to the appliance itself shorting out. After completing a complete diagnostic, Chris found the root of the problem. He explained everything to me and provided great advice on future appliance purchases. Excellent repair service!
We have a LG washer/dryer combo and it stopped draining.
I called Good Service Appliance Repair (a certified LG repair provider) on a Saturday and to my surprise, they were able to schedule us for that Monday!
Chris Neeme was on time; professional and kind; very knowledgeable; and repaired our machine that same day. On top of his supreme work ethic, the cost of repair was super reasonable. I was shocked at how fair the cost was!

I called Good Service Appliance Repair about my LG washing machine which would not turn on. After sharing the message code with the technician over the phone, he said he believed the "child lock" was on and he could explain how to turn it off. He had me send pictures of the machine to him and he explained how to turn the "child lock" off He was so kind to take 10-15 of his time until I was able to get the machine working again. Thank you very much for your kindness, I would definitely recommend your service to others!
