After a hailstorm last year, I decided to go with a Tesla Solar Roof because I wanted a really nice look (curb appeal), and the concept of clean energy and energy that pays for itself over time.
We looked at several installers, but after meeting with Mo (the owner) and visiting the company in Addison, TX, where I met Michael (the co-owner), I knew the best installer would be Good Faith Energy.
I was not disappointed. The entire team from Lindsey & Amanda in Project Mgt. to Joe S. in Engineering, to lead installers Anthony & Francisco (electrical) was amazing. Their dedication to customer service was apparent every day, and they were all truly professionals. I was surprised that most of the installer crew were previous installers and employees at Tesla with many years of experience. We were the first Solar Roof V3R install, and Tesla even had an onsite trainer and supervisor.
We have been operating for 5 months and have had no issues whatsoever. The SPAN app & Tesla app are both easy to use and understand & provide tons of information. All in all, I would recommend Mo & his team to anyone interested in solar.

Blown Away by Good Faith Energy!

We’re about 70% through our roof replacement with Tesla Solar Tiles, and WOW — Good Faith Energy has been amazing! From day one, they’ve gone above and beyond. They made the insurance process a breeze, showed up right on time, and have been moving the project along like total pros.

The crew is friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about their work. Everything looks incredible so far, and I’m genuinely excited to see the final result. If the rest of the job goes anything like the first part, it’s going to be perfect.

I just had solar panels and Tesla batteries installed. Can’t be more happy with everything. The Good Faith team was amazing to work with, from sales to walk through of the system operation. No high pressure sales, they took the time to go over everything and answer all my questions. They were able to work around to help get the installation process going according to my needs at the time.
After installation everything was explained in a way that I could understand.

Overall, I highly recommend Good Faith Energy for your energy needs, they are dedicated to doing the right thing.

I had been doing my research and shopping around for a solar installer for sometime. Interacted with many who were just not honest and were looking for a quick sale.

A colleague shared Good Faith Energy's (GFE) contact and from the start Mo and Sammy were prompt, extremely easy to work with, transparent, and the best part, zero pressure.

GFE really went out of their way to research and explain the benefits of comparable Tesla systems, however, the PointGuard system was something we were adamant about pursuing.

I recently had solar panels installed by Good Faith Energy, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The sales team was awesome—they didn't push me to buy anything. Instead, they took the time to understand what my home needed for complete coverage and spent a good amount of time with me to ensure everything was clear.

The installation process was also very smooth. The team was professional, created no mess, and ensured a clean install. Even when some circuits were tripping after the installation, they quickly came back and replaced them without any hassle.

After the installation, the representative from Good Faith Energy was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all our questions. They explained how the app works, how the off-grid system functions, and even helped us identify which solar buyback program would work best for us with our Solar and Powerwall combination.

Overall, I highly recommend Good Faith Energy for their excellent service and dedication to customer satisfaction.
