I am very pleased with the service I have gotten from Good Energy Group especially when there are alot of people trying to get solar, they did it in a timely fashion.
I also want to say that the crews that were sent to either do the install of a new circuit breaker panel, or to do the patch work around the new panel to the install of the solar panels it was all done in a very professional way! All of the bad comments I read apparently they have worked those kinks out because all I got were young men who came to do the job! These guys kept everything clean, they were courteous to my neighbor, they weren't loud, they were just an awesome group.
I want to Thank them all for being quiet because I am fighting cancer and most days I just want to sleep and I did! I didn't even know they had finished and had already gone home. Thank you for making this an smooth install Good Energy Group!

I am utterly astonished that this company even receives one star. I've been consistently dissatisfied since foolishly signing a contract with them. Initially, they come across as trustworthy and attentive, but don't be deceived. It's a complete rip-off. They'll say whatever you want to hear. Furthermore, despite promises for change, my bill remains unchanged.

When I reached out to Banning Utilities, they clarified that installing solar panels in Banning is futile due to their existing system. This raises serious questions as to why the installation was approved in the first place.

Attempting to contact them is an exercise in futility. Customer service at Good Energy is nothing short of a joke." Don't be fooled go elsewhere! One star is too many. You've been warned.

It was a pretty smooth process. Was twice as fast as the company that my brother went through. Only thing that the guy who actually sold me the system said he would be reachable and always available to me for anything. I haven’t heard from him since the installation. I had to track down my gift. I also think they need to be a bit clearer on the tax credit. It’s not applicable until next year. Other than that it was great.
