We previously used a "big name" company for our office's confidential documentation disposal services. Changing to Gone for Good ended up being such a great decision! Initially I did a good bit of research and found that GFG's prices are either the same or often lower than many of the other local providers and they never tack on seemingly random additional fees as our previous provider would often do. We have used them for several years now and any minor issues I've had have been immediately resolved with just a quick email. The company we used previously would not even give us an exact service date! Even the cable company gives a service date! GFG on the other hand always sets service date(s) well ahead of time and are willing to work within our schedule to ensure everything runs smoothly. I highly recommend them.

YourOffice USA - Birmingham has been with Gone for Good for yeeears!!! We love Tiffany and the guys who pick up every four weeks. Our clients love them too and the companies who out grew us and we referred to Gone for Good love them enough to call and thank us for the referral. In the recovery from the tornado, we had a large container on each floor so everyone could purge their water soaked items. And last year we had an electronics purge for our clients. We are very thankful for Gone for Good.

I had years of shredding to catch up on- GFG was referred to me by a friend, and I'd noticed their ads on the radio- "Big Ced" and Sergio picked up 6 pallets of archive boxes from our facility- Super friendly and efficient- If we could clone "Big Ced" the world would be a better place-
