Hello I like to thank Rusty for an awesome job I am so happy they came to Sacramento installed a new Furnace my Ole one was red tag mark.rust took care of it I highly recommend rusty.my old Furnace over twenty years ole the thermostat wasn't hooked up.rusty fixed everything thankyou your a blessing I was very cold but not any more

I called this company after previously having a different company come to my house and tell me I need an entire new unit. Pretty costly so I wanted a second opinion, turns out the air ducts needed a cleaning and filters needed to be changed. They came out the next morning and fixed everything. Big price difference between the two, very happy to find someone that is honest and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend Gold River to anyone who wants a fair deal.

After using Gold River Mechanical, I will never call anyone else for hvac issues again. They went above and beyond to replace the compressor and refrigerant for my air conditioner within 48 hours of calling them, and at a much more reasonable price than big hvac companies would charge. Not to mention, this was the first hvac company I’ve used that didn’t try to upsell me an entirely new system. Rusty (the man who does the actual hvac work) and his wife Shelley (the scheduling/office side of things) were both super genuine, nice, accommodating and efficient- I can’t say enough good things about them and I am so happy I found out about them for any future work I may need done.

Rusty was great! He is very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know to make an informed decision on replacing my A/C unt. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
