A few years ago, my heat pump condenser had failed and the warranty refused to do anything about it. Goins discovered a recall or service bulletin and arranged for the warranty to replace it despite them previously refusing to do so. Knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and great customer service from the office personnel to the technicians.

PROFESSIONAL QUALITY SERVICE: Our family has been utilizing Goins Heating & Air Conditioning for several years. When contacting them, Ann at the office has a friendly and professional attitude. She treats the customer respectfully and assures all customers are prioritized according to their needs.

Our service tech, Eddie, was very professional. He communicated before the service call, arriving on time and as scheduled. He diagnosed the issue promptly and performed the repair timely.

Goins carries a quality product line. Their pricing is fair and competitive. They have an excellent track record, which gives you confidence and trust, unlike some companies that are here today, gone tomorrow.
