Good luck getting ahold of them on the phone. Left 6 voicemails in the last week and no one has messaged me back at all. They purposefully ignore there customers. Do better City Of Glenwood!

Most difficult company I have ever dealt with in this town, and that’s saying a lot for Glenwood. Extremely rude, crooks, and have said that they charge extra fees just because they can. Rates constantly going up. Would give zero stars.

If I could give this ZERO stars I would! They have the absolute rudest people on EARTH working and answering phones in this place! I have been dealing with trying to fix my account for almost 3 months and the operators keep messing up my account when they try setting it up and say "Oh well, its your responsibility" like I've been calling and calling (leaving voicemails) no one got back to me and because of this -well oh well, there's nothing we can do at this point.......

Literally the ABSOLUTE WORST possible customer service, people like this should in no way be working as utility workers and handling peoples bills.
