Products vary in quality, greatly! We came in and spent $300 and some things are good but some are bad and definitely not worth the money (note their no refunds or exchanges policy). We purchased human hair wig, several braiding hair bundles, several pieces of jewelry and hair maintenance products. The human hair wig has been shedding endlessly, some of the bundles are bad quality while others are better, and the jewelry breaks. Be selective in your purchases and make sure it’s worth it to you!

I come to this place often. On 3 occasions they were not open on time. Each time, 10 mins later they arrive as if they just woke up. I brought it to their attention. Their response was okay. I responded, that's it? She responds, what else do you want me to say, I said okay. Rude, with no respect for loyal customers. Do better!

They have just about every product. What they don't have, they will order it. The owners and workers alike are very attentive to your needs. Well versed about their products. A smile goes a long way, in a long day. They are always smiling, with their customers. Never make their customers feel obligated to buy nothing. Last but not least. You have an employee with a horrible attitude and very poor customer service skills. She gossips about the owners owing money and moves very slow as well. This has been an ongoing issue that I have experienced and witnessed on several occasions. We won’t be going back there because there are other places to go to. Get rid of the trash . I went there got a ponytail, All I did was open the top an seen it was to long an I try to return it or get my money back in the same hour she said no because it was opened only on the top where u can push the button back it was still perfect nothing was ripped tag still on an everything I was wondering why it was 39$ so my advice to make sure u have the right product

This shop should be called "The Bottom of the Barrel Beauty Supply". She should mark everything down to $1, and then maybe selling dish soap with the Paul Mitchell label would'nt make her customers feel duped after shopping there. I paid $11 each for Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner. When I used it I new right away it was not what it said it was. I bought a pair of scissors for $10 that literally bent my hair over rather than cut it. Even the pack of hair clips are defective. You cant remove the clip without it pulling hairs out from getting snagged in the mechanism. I expect this kind of low quality merchandise from a $1 store, or a discount bin. I picture her buying her products in an alley deep in the seedy part of L.A. off a truck with a peel off logo on the side of it. When I tried to return it with my receipt, first she asked me where the bag was that it was in. Then she said "For all I know you put the dishsoap in it at your home". Puulease! I told her to simply compare it to the same bottles still on her shelf but she wouldn't. Finally, she pointed to the "no refunds" sign she has hanging up by the ceiling, which had I seen it I probably would have thought better of shopping there. I like to support local businesses, and I understand $10 scissors are not going to be great, but I think its reasonable to expect them to cut at least one time. I think keeping your customers happy is a much better business practice than trying to fool a lot of people once, but this obviously is her big market strategy. All she has to do is fool a million shoppers 1 time and she'll be a millionaire!? There aren't a million shoppers in Barstow ma' am. She stated that someone sold the products to her just like she sold them to me. "Low Quality Items @ High Prices!", Could be her slogan. If youde like I could paint your new sign with that slogan on you window in neon colors. Very disappointed. Beware when shopping at Gladys beauty supply by stater brothers in Barstow, Ca.

Love going here for all my hair dying needs! The staff and Gladys are well informed and super helpful. No one can beat those prices and I definately appreciate the free gloves and cap special too!
