I recently purchased a mini skid steer from Giles Outdoor and from the first phone call to delivery of the machine these guys were great. Giles Outdoor Power Equipment is A+ top notch. I purchased a Cub Cadet XT1 LT42b with the optional mulch kit, and couldn't be happier. One huge difference buying from a local dealer instead of a big box store is they prep the mower properly to make sure, among other things, the mower deck is level. Delivery already assembled is a bonus, and the price is the same as the big box stores. Giles offers hometown service, warranty repair and free delivery. FYI, Cub Cadet website says the front bumper won't fit on an XT1, but It does. I highly recommend Giles. A special thanks to Matthew and Coy for their help.

Highly recommend Giles Outdoor Power Equipment! My husband has used them for over 3 years and the owner, Coy went above and beyond when our Cub Cadet needed to be serviced. It was pulling to the left and would not go in a straight line. Long story short, after some miscommunication with another sales associate, Coy stepped in and personally addressed the issue. Unfortunately the transmission was going out on our mower (purchased from a big box store). He apologized for the miscommunication that took place, and "made things right" by buying our old lawn mower and getting us into an entry level commercial mower that makes a lot more sense for us with the amount of land that we are cutting. My husband's only regret is that he did not upgrade to an ex-Mark sooner 🙂 If doing business with honest and knowledgeable companies is important to you check out Giles.
