Ich bin außerordentlich unzufrieden.
Die angebotene Lösung, im eigenen Haus ökologisch Strom zu produzieren, hört sich toll an. Nach einem Jahr Betrieb wurden die Preise aber drastisch erhöht. Eine Kündigung daraufhin ist gar nicht so leicht. Die Messstelle muss im öffentlichen Strommarkt angemeldet werden, was Monate dauert, in meinem Fall jetzt schon mehr als 5, ein Abschluss nicht in Sicht.
Es kommt nicht viel mehr vom Customer Support als "Wir halten Sie auf dem Laufenden".
