After waiting of several hours, we got rejected just because the trailer has a couple of missing rivets.
Do not recommend this place. They waste your day, and then turn you away for this ridiculous reason. Stay away.

Another lazy trash gp facility of the south... Structural engineers inspecting trailer stated crossmembers are cracked and bent... Sure guys... Lol

Had the luxury of picking up a load via Live Load. Rolled in @ 3:30pm for what was a window of p/u starting at 5:45pm thru 23:59pm. Happened to be a Tuesday and another review mentioned Mons+Tues are busiest. That was true for me. Longest wait is due to the trailer clean out and inspection. Come on people, come prepared and clean all your garbage out of your trailer before you arrive! That and park square not crooked at the clean out/inspection dock. If everyone came prepared, the wait would be minimal .
Live loading started for me approx 6:30pm-6:45pm and I closed the doors @ 7:55pm. Was driving away @ 8pm. You do have to disconnect once trailer is backed up to Dock(I had Dock#6). Make sure your trailer tandems are slid to the rear! It wouldn’t hurt to put a safety vest on too(doesn’t seem to be enforced but very good idea).
They had me park in frt of Shipping Office to wait while loading was going on. A bathroom was mentioned, not sure where but it was brought up. Only overnight parking in a couple of remote parking lots, not at mill. They call you once your trailer is loaded. Come in and sign for paperwork and get Seal to secure trailer doors.

Nice friendly customer service. The entire check in and shipping staff was polite and professional. They assist me with no problem, making the process easy. I had a trailer rejected. I went and picked up another trailer, then returned. They loaded my new trailer instead of instructed me to make another appointment. I was so happy I didn't have to wait another day.

Pretty straight forward.

Pull in, stay to the right. Past the docks, you will see two more docks. Open doors, back in. Sweep the trailer out.

Go check in with the office by the docks. Then pull away from the sweeping docks and dock.

Unhook. Go sit for 15 min. Done

Too much wait and they dont care about your time. Worst place to come and pick up loads

8 hr wait in pickup
Make sure your trailer must be clean and no hole in roof or trailer wall
If wash then make sure its dry before you reach there Otherwise they will reject .

Got here at 16:06 was a long line is probably the only drawback to coming here. Was about 12trucks in front of me.so had to wait in the turn lane of the entrance way until the trucks moved up. That was about and hour wait, make sure ur truck is clean and no holes in it otherwise u will be rejected. The load time was and hour? Total time there was 2rhr got load pretty fast.
