If you use this company keep your receipts, I have had these people try to charge me for a bill i have already paid for more than FOUR TIMES!!! Once or twice I can understand, we're all human, we make mistakes but charging your customers again unless they're able to provide receipts is THEFT! I go in person talk to the girl at the window, pay, get my copy as she writes her own, and go about my day. So I really don't understand why they try to charge again for something we have paid for on time. Stop doing this to people, it is annoying and feels sketchy!!!

Ive been using their water for 3 years. Other than one time where the water was black (they never explained why it happened) I haven’t had an issue with the water quality. However, the billing aspect of this company is a bit sneaky. My neighborhood recently had a rate increase of $10 without any notice or reason as to why. Not to mention the hidden servicing fees that they charge you, which you can’t avoid even if you go pay the bill in person. This brings a bill that is normally around $30, closer to $50. I can’t imagine what a house that was already over the base rate is going to have to pay now…

The. absolute. worst. The most Unprofessional and incompetent business you will come across. The office staff is Rude aand there’s always always something wrong with the water. It just randomly stops working for hours at a time. It’s 2024, surely there’s newer or better equipment to use people need running water at all times. OH, and don’t call the emergency line. That guy hates his job having to be called after hours lol- always an attitude. find a new job if you hate this one. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I have never ever lived at a location that has water outages. I have lived in my current house with this service for 2 years and there is an outrage at least monthly. They don't have an emergency line. I pay my bills as soon as they come in. I would use someone else if I could.

Charges $50 a month for water. Then sends me a bill for $100 and say I might have a leak. I stayed on the phone with them and checked it. No problem meter is completely still. The lady said she has no idea when they can come look at it. Then hangs up on me? Really!

This company really needs to come into the present day and accept online payments, and send out something other than bills through the mail. The mail carrier did not deliver our bill and now we are trying to get the bill payed by the due date without diving 35 minutes away to pay a bill in person. All could be avoided if 1) emailed billing statements were sent, or if people could check their account online, and 2) if we could just pay our bills online. All I want to do is pay our bill.

Here we are again without water, even though it’s not fit to drink we do use it for sanitation. Every time someone has called from my community you put us on hold or hang up. We’re currently having to use water from our neighbors pool for sanitation reasons. I’ve lived all over SC & you are the worst water company I have ever delt with.

Water is constantly out, and often for several hours. Company is completely unresponsive.

We have also never received the Consumer Confidence Reports they are required by law to send out every year.

I'd rather have Flint water.
