The team is very professional and thorough. My first visit was great. The team explained the treatment and answered all of my questions, and I was very comfortable interacting with them. I had my first appointment at Game Day on 2/13/25. From the initial appointment scheduling the day before and the moment I left the office on the day of, the customer service was top notch. Connie was professional over the phone in helping me change my appointment time and telling me why I should choose the Northpointe location. Crystal was the tech who checked me in and took my vitals.She made me feel welcomed with professional conversation as she was treating me. Last there is Stephanie … Stephanie was great and was exactly who and what Connie explained to me that she would be. Knowledgeable and Professional customer service at its best. You ladies are great!
I highly recommend the Northpointe GameDay location.

The staff here at Gameday Northpointe is what I would call personally superior! They are very much on top of their game when it comes to getting patients checked in immediately upon arrival on top of that they are very much attentive to detail as well as very Communicative when it comes to explaining what prescriptions and Nutrients would be best for you and your long-term goals. I came into my consultation feeling extremely nervous and anxious but the entire staff at Gameday Northpointe made me feel at ease. They were so nice and professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. The facilities were also super clean and organized.
