Very primitive, they make you come in person to get up service. What is this, 1972

They're the first ever water company that I've dealt with (first home!) and I've always tried to pay ahead on my bill to build a good rapport. I recently had some financial difficulties and after a less than 5 minute phone call I was able to work out the situation. I'm so grateful for the business manager!!!

I'd also like to say that the woman I spoke to on the phone wasn't rude or dismissive when I called, and transferred me within a few seconds. Not sure if she's a new employee or not, but after reading other people's reviews I'm thinking that she might be. Keep her too!

This is sad to see that management is more loyal to rude employees than paying citizens. No accountability for their actions that has been noted over at least a year of how customers are treated. It is unprofessional to not have the employees go through customer service training on how to treat customers with dignity and respect. This shows the low standards and expectations of what management accepts and allows by their employees. Too many different customers saying the same thing about rudeness and still exist today. What a shame for a billion dollar company to allow employees to treat their customers. I guess it is because they don't need us, we need them.

I tried to call to pay my bill and the lady who answered spat out that they don't do that and transferred me to a managers voicemail before I could even ask where the office is.

Once I did find the office the lobby felt more reminiscent of my time in basic training than a friendly service provider. Marks on the floor tell you where to stand in line and the atmosphere is that you are only to speak when spoken to and that customer interaction is disdained by the employees.

I partially agree with the fact that there is one lady that works in the front that is very rude and not helpful at all. Then three other ladies that I've had contact with are very polite, pleasant and seem to put the customer first, as it should be, since we do pay their salary.

I honestly hate dealing with this place. That blond lady us the rudest person in customer service ive ever encountered. Also when the crew is out workimg on roadside they could use better safety precautions. They never have a flagman or cones for safety. Ive seen so many near miss wrecks and actual wrecks because of their lack of safety concern

It’s sad that during the coronavirus they refuse to serve you at the drive thru window. Maybe I do not want to go inside and be in contact with who knows who. They don’t accept credit cards online or over the phone. You literally have to go inside their dirty lobby.

Couldn't be any less helpful. I asked for someone to let me know once they completed fixing their broken valve that was keeping the water from turning off. I was told to just keep calling back to ask if it was done that they could not notify me when it was done.
