Brought in laptops, iphones and a Tv. Got a check for 10$. Probably not worth the trip if your selling working stuff.

I have been coming here for the past year hauling loads and the young lady in the scale house has always been friendly and efficient. Whenever she's not here it takes a while to receive my paperwork. You guys have a great employee!

If the lady working the scales had a better attitude it would be a 5 star operation! Yelled at me! Another customer called her "nasty"! Does not have personality to work with customers! Everyone else was great, very friendly. Once you get past the front entrance, it's a well run business.

Even though we weren’t able to get much for the two computers we had. The owner, Jamie, and Luis Gongora were an AMAZING help to me and my fiancé. When we were leaving we got a metal piece in our tire. Jamie and Luis found a new tire for us and put it on for us. These two deserve a raise!!

I called because I submitted a quote online. I never received a call or email, so I called. The lady that answered the phone was like “oh there’s no way I can see that”
So I’m like…oh ok. Could I get a quote over the phone, she like yes.
Then silence.
I’m like “ ok, what do you need from me?”
She like, “what are you trying to get picked up”
I’m like, Thankyou, but Nevermind.

She was very dismissive from the beginning of the conversation. I’m the customer, I’m not familiar with how this works, so as the professional you are supposed to guide the client.

But it’s ok, I’m going to go with the first place I called. They were wayyy more professional and helpful.
