April 2024: Had a large solar system (Sunpower M Series) installed on a complex characteristic barrel tile roof of my home. Justin and his team came in and got the work done efficiently and effective. They were extremely knowledgeable about the system. Justin is a local in the area and has been in the solar installation business for many years. Install went great. Got premium panels and professional installation at a great price. Also very important, they took the greatest care on my roof tile and structure. Making sure the roof was sealed correctly and everything was perfect.

All went smoothly and my system is performing just has he said it would - peak performance. Very happy with my installation. The premium panels I got have a 25 yr warranty and a rated effective life of 40 yrs. Very happy with my system and Freedom Solar Energy. Thanks all.

Justin at Freedom Solar salvaged our system when the original installer from Sanford failed to do it correctly and refused to even acknowledge our requests for service. For the first time in a year-and-a-half, we are using the solar power efficently and it's reporting properly. We are so thankful for service from Freedom Solar. I was met by sales rep with Freedom Solar Energy by Sunpower Hersell Hudson. I informed him many solar companies have been in contact with me about installing solar on my residence. For some reason, Hersell caught my attention. His professionalism & knowledgeable about solar allowed me to open up about solar to him. From day 1 Hersell has been a phenomenal sales rep. He is very knowledgeable about the product. He answered all my questions & also stop my worrying about it. I had my second guess about solar but Hersell cleared all my concerns. He informed me about the payments & how the solar worked & was able to show me how much usage i use on electricity right on his tablet & a recent Teco bill. Hersell’s energy alone struck me to allow him to enter my residence. I further informed Hersell i was considering going with a different solar company, but needless to say, Hersell sold me! Soon as Hersell was compete with my set up he informed Sunpower would be in contact with me to set up the install, which they did the next day. The install by Sunpower was fast. Although, my solar has not been activated yet, as the county just approved it, i cannot wait to officially be a solar powered home! All thanks to Mr. Hersell Hudson. I highly recommend Freedom Solar by Sunpower & ask for Hersell Hudson as your sales rep! Great job Hersell. Your desire to provide quality service does not go unnoticed & I couldnt be more happy to say I chose Sunpower! Not only aa solar powered home now but the solar panels are TOP NOTCH & makes me residence looks even more better!! Also I must add Hersell did an amazing video on the top of my roof showcasing it on his FB page.

Justin and the team at Freedom Solar Energy have been fantastic since we purchased our system. We bought both a solar system and battery package over 18 months ago. Since that time we only pay the minimum connection charge from Duke, and Freedom has maintain the equipment. It’s like printing money as we keep our home at 68 and pay only the $40 minimum fee. Our old bill would average over 240 a month and we kept the home at 78. Service is everything to us and again FSE has been great. I strongly recommend them.

This people have effectively abandoned my solar panel project. They were supposed to change the main electrical panel after it was discovered that it was changed before without a permit. They lied about pulling the permits with the city to fixed it.They have stop answering my emails and now I'm stuck with an unfinished project and an open permit.
