Shout out to the crew lead Antonio! The crew was great & was done ahead of schedule. We even had a minor change in panel placement & Antonio handled it perfectly! Update I thought the tiles would be fixed after I went up there physically and showed them each individual broken tile myself, but after inspecting after they left, there were a few more new broken tiles that they must’ve done on their way off the roof and either didn’t notice or didn’t care to replace since then it has rained and now there’s water damage inside my roof. I’m currently seeking legal counsel, as the manager that I spoke with was rather rude and no help at all, he told me just to keep waiting even though they have been back out to my house to fix the tiles seven different times and as far as the cracks in the side of my house, they don’t seem to have a option for repair at all. I would say avoid this company if you are interested in solar as my experience has been unacceptable to say the least.

Well, what can I say? The Blackjacks from Freedom Forevers installation crew is the best in the West.

I received a call from the crew lead, a certified electrician, 30 minutes from the arrival time to let me know he and his crew were en route.

Upon arriving they informed me of the installation process and about how long it would take. They got to work. From what I saw and heard they worked in a safe manner, were communicative with each other and maintained the work area. The whole process was convenient and left my house looking fresh.
