I recently purchased a vehicle from Spring Creek Ford and had the pleasure of working with Salesman Jacob. From start to finish, Jacob demonstrated exceptional trustworthiness, kindness, and professionalism.

His customer service was top-notch, patiently answering my numerous questions and ensuring I felt confident in my decision. When unforeseen issues arose beyond his control, Jacob went above and beyond to resolve the matter and make things right.

My only regret is that spring creek ford is located too far from my residence, otherwise I'd be back for all my future vehicle needs!

Mark miller and Jeremey in finance were amazing ! If you are looking for a vehicle used or new ask for Mark he helped me with all the information on our pre owned purchase of a 2022 Bronco.
He was very informative, responsive, and down to earth.If you are looking for honest people to deal with (which is almost unheard of in the car world) these are the people.We drove over 3 hours and would do it again.
Not only did they get the car at the price we needed they beat the rate I had.I called several dealerships and this one was the best to deal with.If I could give them 11 stars I would !

I do apologize for this review not one of my best ...but i do stand by the i cant say much on the buissness part i am sorry for the take on my 1 star it wasnt ment as a bad thing i just figured seeing as how i know little to tell one star was better then No stars..(i was wrong )!!again i do apologize! i will give five stars for the sheer fact of how swift and polite you responded to this review. in my opion that says alot for your customer service for sure. as comming up there and about prices id love to but unfortunately i can not afford to buy christmas for my two little boys our xmas is lights and water and a roof over our heads...so that being said the only truth i can give on your buisness is there are some nice people there because i walk thru you alls parking lot darn near everyday and there has never been one person to run me off say i cant cut thru or ever be rude to me. so thank you very much for that!!! I found a car online at Franklin's Spring Creek Ford that I wanted and called to learn more. Farran helped perform a virtual walkaround of the car and secure a deposit. Next, Franklin's supported my pre-purchase inspector to view and drive the car, and eventually supported my shipping company to send the car to Michigan.
I never saw the car in person, but the car showed up as expected.
There were no add on charges to the car, the transaction was simple.
It felt like it was important for Farran and the Franklin's team that I had a good customer experience!

I'd buy a car unseen from Franklin's again. If I lived within several hours of the dealership, I'd drive there before going to any nearer dealership.
