Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Fox Valley Electric wired our panel for industrial equipment but used the wrong gauge wire, which caused a total failure and left us without power for a week. This error cost us significant downtime and revenue. To fix their mistake, they had to rewire the entire job, yet they still demanded payment for the initial faulty work. Despite spending thousands with them as a loyal customer, they resorted to harassing us over $500 instead of taking accountability for their poor workmanship. Avoid this company if you value quality and professionalism.

We purchased an awesome solar system from Fox Valley recently, & wanted to relate our purchasing experience : From start to finish, a flawless transaction, from the No B.S. sales team , to the very professional installation crew, led by Angel, always on time & answering our many questions, could'nt have been a better experience. Performance of the solar system out performs our high expectations. Thank You, Thank You !
P.S. We have'nt had an electric bill since our solar system was installed !

Called in to inquire about residential solar, at the recommendation from Watt. I was told by the lady that picked up that Fox Valley no longer does solar.
