The Mirage at Barnegat is a pristine 48 and older gated community that's conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the parkway and under 10 minutes to beaches, shopping, excellent restaurants, etc. Their's a nice variety of homes so it doesn't look like a cookie cutter development and the whole complex is well maintained. With an indoor and outdoor pool, the community center and it's surroundings are absolutely beautiful.

Beautiful property ♥️. The landscaping, fountains, community center, and pool are fabulous. Four Seasons property does not disappoint and feels like a vacation resort. People are friendly and the homes are beautiful. Close to LBI and Atlantic City. Love it!

The Mirage is a gated community, the homes are very nice and the grounds are beautifully kept. They have many scheduled activities and also have indoor and outdoor pools. I would recommend anyone over 55 looking to relocate to a home where the yard work is done for you and spending time doing the things that make you happy is just a short walk away, to take a tour...You won't regret it!! Many great places for shopping and great local restaurants just a short car ride away!

It is a great place with friendly people. A little quiet but quiet is nice. Have already joined a few clubs and enjoying the clubhouse immensely. Our neighbors have gone out of their way to make us feel welcome and encourage us to go to the various social events. For instance, there is a Friday night social every week where you can just show up and meet new people. Everyone knows how awkward it is the first time and so they make you feel at home. The outdoor pool is now open if you like to bask in the sun.
