Leak at meter when water dept came out, but they couldn't bother to tell me?!

We just got our bill today, and this is our highest bill in 8 years (this is after a year of the highest bills in 8 years by the way). Our water meter was read on the 17th of October, and on Thursday, a water dept truck was at the house. Guy was at the meter with a pressure washer for about 15-20 minutes, moving the lid and looking in it. Well we got our bill today and after seeing the outrageous costs, we decided to go look at the meter. Lo and behold, the meter was spinning, and we had a leak that you can see! It is our side, so of course the water department won't do anything about it. I can almost understand that, but the absolute worst part of this is that the person who came out couldn't be bothered to come down the driveway and tell me I had a leak!

I would give zero stars if I could. Customer service is awful. They use next bill for payment processing wasn't my choice to use them, that's just the company they use online. Well they didn't take out the payment correctly- next bill didn't. So I call up there to make a payment and the lady on the phone was about as rude as they get. If I had other options I would definitely switch...

The ladies that work at the front desk have serious anger issues. idk why they are so rude it may be because their having a bad day I'm not sure. My water was setup on direct deposit for some reason it didn't go through one time. They never sent me a notice or anything. They cut my water off and I had to pay $70 extra to get it cut back on. This all could have been avoided by a simple phone call or letter. You could probably get better service in jail.

I dont get any notifications when my bill is due. Never get a paper statement. The woman wouldnt let me pay over the phone and I had to be there before 3 to pay it or I wouldn't be able to until the next day. I was set up on the text notification. They shut ours off after paying the 140 we owed from covid, but wasnt able to pay the bill for that month at that time. They dont work with people at all.

Horrible customer service. The post office took two weeks to deliver our payment due to Christmas volume and Covid and this organization refuses to waive the late fees. Never been late before. We would like to pay online but there is an extra fee to do this. Horrible! I cannot emphasize how smug the manager was when we tried to discuss this on the phone. Did I mention that they are horrible?

Rude. worst customer service EVER! The women in the office act stuck up... Like they're "too good" to help you by answering and questions you may have. Unfortunately, there is no other company that services where I live or I would DEFINITELY USE THEM INSTEAD! I can't imagine another company being worse frfr!

i gave them good review .But i still need to change it.i have paid never late for 8 years.i had a check get lost in the mail and they cut my water off.they talked real nasty to me.and i felt very insulted the woman treated me like I was low life.i have never been treated so awful.this woman need a attutude ajustment
