We suffered a complete delivery failure on a shipment handled by Forceget. Although we had clearly provided the final Amazon address and received confirmation, they shipped it to a different province entirely.
This caused extensive damage to our product launch and financial planning.
We communicated openly, stayed constructive, and even scheduled a call to find a solution
which was then missed by Forceget without notice.
Their team later shifted blame, refused to release the goods without payment, and showed no real effort to resolve the matter professionally.

Our container was shipped to the wrong destination, and instead of owning the mistake, Forceget insisted on charging us for storage, redelivery, and handling — all caused by their own failure.
What followed was a series of excuses, shifting blame, and an unwillingness to take even partial financial responsibility. To make matters worse, scheduled calls were missed, and replies were delayed or vague.
This is not how you treat customers in a professional B2B setting. I would strongly caution any business relying on Forceget for time-critical or Amazon-related shipments.

We booked an international shipment from China to an Amazon fulfillment center in Canada. The final delivery address was confirmed in writing and acknowledged by Forceget prior to shipment.

Despite this, the container was delivered to the wrong location — across the country. The result: our goods were delayed, we missed our Amazon launch window, and we suffered major financial losses.

When we raised the issue, Forceget refused to take responsibility and instead attempted to pass on thousands of dollars in additional charges that only arose due to their misdelivery.

Their response was dismissive and defensive. In over 10 years in this industry, I’ve never experienced such a lack of accountability.

Would not recommend for anyone relying on time-sensitive or high-volume fulfillment.

Logistics is a complex business — mistakes happen. But how a company handles those mistakes says everything.
After a misdelivery of our container (despite clear and confirmed delivery instructions), Forceget made no effort to resolve the issue without pushing extra costs back to us.
We were left with a shipment stuck in the wrong location, growing demurrage charges, and a total lack of accountability from their side. We even informed Amazon Canada, given the reputational risk.
Be cautious if you're relying on Forceget for high-stakes or high-volume eCommerce fulfillment.

Disappointing Business Conduct

We expected a reliable logistics partner but ended up navigating through delays, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. I have been a customer of Forceget for 2 years, but their communication and customer service has broken down. In the middle of the tariff situation between US and China, I have a shipment in transit that I tried to contact Forceget about. If they had replied to my inquiries, I would have been able to take mitigating actions. After over a month of zero contact, now they are hitting me with an insane customs invoice with... well here's the exact wording from the owner "Entry has been done already. This needs to be paid." So that's your tone? What about 33 days ago when I first contacted with my concerns and would have had a chance to prepare or take precautionary action? What about my further attempts via the online portal?

I would advise avoiding this company if you value communication and customer service. Their online dashboard is useless for communication. Any potential clients, feel free to reach out to me for more details.

Harun is amazing and heroic with his CS efforts, but even he can't overcome upper management's combative attitude. I added 1 extra star for his service. I'd be willing to stick around just for him and see if we can somehow turn this around, but unfortunately the person running this company is willing to disrespect and bully customers till they just leave.
