I absolutely love this place. Deena has really helped me get my pool chemicals under control. I can literally text her a picture and she can recommend a recipe for me to get it turned around. They are also a great store for spas and fireplaces. The staff knows their products and always are friendly. Highly recommend. They do a great job with fireplace chimney sweep. They are affordable and able to get me in when I often forget to get them scheduled.

I am forever thankful for the Foothill Fireplace family!! I have had everything from a pellet stove installation (which replaced an unsafe wood burning stove), a hot tub purchase and installation , and pool chemical instruction/assistance provided by this dedicated, family oriented team. Foothill fireplace pool and spa provided great customer service, they were very professional and made sure everything was installed perfectly. I was at home working while they were installing the fireplace, and I was shocked at the precision in make sure the fireplace is secure, properly ventilated and level. I will be going to them for my swim spa next! Great job foothills!

They are AMAZING! Had them come out and do an estimate and Brice gave us a few different options that would be the best for us. We choose which one we liked and let them know. They ordered it and then when it came in came in and installed it. The guys that came and installed it were very polite, knowledgeable, and cleaned up any mess they made. The girls in the office took great care of us, they communicated very well and were all very nice to talk to. Highly recommend them!

Responsive and knowledgeable. I recommend Foothill because they are upfront, honest and experienced. They care about their customers. Foothills installation price for a linear double sided fireplace was 1/3 the price of another company and in line with industry standards. The other company wanted to charge more “ because they had never installed that type of unit before.” If you are looking for experience and integrity, this is your place.

Our 30-year old propane stove--our only heat source--gave out in the middle of snowstorms and power outages in February 2023. Bryce and his entire staff gave us priority in ordering and scheduling installation of a new stove. We couldn't believe they were willing to go up our snow-covered roof to install the new vent, but they did it. We were up and running in no time at all. Communication throughout the entire process was stellar. Thanks, everyone at Foothill Fireplace!

I just had an awful experience with this company and instead of remaining professional to keep a customer and referrals to friends and family, the woman with whom I spoke was unbelievably rude to me. I simply wanted to have a simple cleaning and because the girl at the front desk was not properly trained to book appointments... somehow that was my fault? This was a company who was referred to me by the Red Store. I have found the Red Store to be friendly, well stocked and a good resource. Sorry to say that Foothill Fireplace is a bad place to take your business.
