This company went above and beyond for me! I put an order in with 1800flowers and they never showed up. I had ordered flowers for coworkers and myself for a funeral service Saturday morning and had set up delivery for Friday at work. At 6pm I called this flower shop asking if they could get me an arrangement and deliver it Saturday at 9am at the church and they pulled it off in an amazing fashion. Great communication, flexible, kind! I will use them for everything from now on! Thank you so much!

EDIT: They called me back IMMEDIATELY and put together a whole new arrangement that is gorgeous (see photo). I offered to come pick them up in person but they delivered to me anyway. I am changing my review to 5 stars, so happy to find a florist that is right near my house! Original review: Great service, very helpful and friendly/fast same day service, but if you call to create your own bouquet, please be super specific on what you DON'T want. I asked for something neutral with lots of greens, approved yellow lilies and some orchids (did not ask about the color), but ended up getting red roses and purple orchids, included with my white lilies, ranunculus... and I hate red roses. My fault for not being more specific, but I was really hoping they would stick to a neutral color palate.

Flowers by Veronica far exceeded my expectations! I live in NC and wanted to send flowers to my family having dinner across the country since I have not been unable to see them in 2020 due to the pandemic.
Flowers by Veronica put a beautiful arrangement together and even hand delivered them to Eddie V’s Prime Seafood restaurant where they were dining.

This place is incredible!! It was Feb 14, Valentines Day, & you guessed it I hadn’t bought my loving wife a gift yet. All the other florists in the area could guarantee delivery this day. Andy came through with flying colours with a beautiful arrangement at a very competitive price too. Thxs again Andy. My florist forever!!!
