My wife and I had Florida Energy Water and Air install a full system in our home.
Jeremy Fox was our sales rep.

The summer after installation our reverse osmosis system leaked. After calling service, it was discovered to be due to faulty equipment. This was identified on 11/6/24.

We experienced water and mold damage in our kitchen as a result of this leak.

We called multiple times and eventually spoke with Melissa Rivera who instructed me to submit in writing - photos and timelines - which I did. I also was asked to copy Jean Amaro. These emails were send on 11/25/24 and I was told I would be hearing from someone shortly.

With no communication I again reached out in writing on 12/10/25, and to this date have not heard any reply.

This company appears to NOT stand behind the warranty of its products and at this time I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Our kitchen was damaged and to this date have had no reply. Our defective reverse osmosis system just sits in our garage.

I am hopeful that this company will indeed stand behind its promise and respond to this very frustrated customers more than patient service requests.

We love our Rainsoft system! My wife makes ore soap from scratch and they work great in clean water. We save so much money not buying chemicals! ( or bottled water)

Terrible service.
Customer service never answers the call.
Melissa, Aubrey and Angel especially. Not sure what location they work at but they all ended my calls multiple times while trying to get an answer to a question I had about re-installing our water purification system at our new house.
I got transferred to 5 different people as no one knew who did what.
It is never an easy process trying to get a hold of anyone even at our old house, always a hassle.
Their rain-soft water purification system is always broken. We call multiple time a year for repair which is not at a cheap price.
Absolutely do not recommend them for the Rian soft water purification system!!!

I don’t understand how this company has more than 1 star. I unfortunately did not come to the comments prior to calling them. I bought a new home and it had the system so I thought why not I’ll get them to service. It’s been nothing but a scam, never showing up when they say they are, no calling to say appointment been cancelled. Just want your money. Had them do a service to then say I needed a new machine. Funny machine was fine before they showed up but because the prior owner account wasn’t active they tried screwing me over. Should have gone with mulligan. Much better my neighbor and two friends did and they have been great not Rain soft and Florida water. Horrible everything

Tony, the installer of my new electric water heater is affable, competent, efficient, thorough, neat and punctual. He arrived early at my home and after introducing himself , showing me the unit I ordered to ensure it was the correct one, immediately began to perform the installation. He completed the job quickly, correctly, and explained how to properly operate the new water heater. He also explained other activities associated with documentation requirements and the pending inspection by the local government agency. Tony is indeed well versed in the installation process of the electric water heater and is extremely informative and consumer friendly. I highly recommend him for anyone needing a replacement of their water heating system. Tony is an expert in his craft!

Very disappointed in the Rain Soft TC Conditioner Series Water Treatment System and the service from FL Energy Water and Air. The sales person was misleading on the terms of financing. In less than two years, the system display would not work. When changing the power source to remedy the issue (to no avail), we noticed the wiring on the adapter was split during installation to reach the outlet. When calling to request repairs for this part (covered by warranty) we were quoted an outrageous service call price. We recommend looking online for a more affordable system and a company that stands behind their products, installation, and services, especially when things go wrong in such a short time.

I would like to comment on the installation of my new hot water heater. The installer, Tony Spinney, was on time, knowledgeable, and professional. He thoroughly explained that the updated water heater was up to the current codes, and that it would be getting inspected. He went on to explain all the functions to ensure that I would be able to navigate the display screen. He told me how to maintain my equipment so that I would have years of smooth operation. He was tidy and did a great job removing the old unit.
