Terrible place, rude and slow. They cut power off after bill was paid,this was at 11a.m. they didn't cut it back on until later at 7. It's just unacceptable and not professional. I called them twice with only run around crap then got told the guy did his route on his time, that's just the worst answer for a place providing essential services to the PUBLIC!!!! Do Better.

If I could give negative stars I would. The people that work at this place are some of the rudest people you will ever meet in your life. I don't like giving bad reviews but it is what it is. If you don't enjoy your job find something else to do and quit being so mean to everybody that comes to your facility.

The power will randomly go out on a perfectly sunny day ALL the time. I’m so sick of it. You can’t get anything done this way. Figure it out for freak sake!!!

Absolute trash. This is a reprehensible DISGUSTING people/company. They run a monopoly and are the rudest people I've ever came across. I don't get my utility bills on time and they don't want to address any issues.

If you work at the utility department and you read this, just think.... all these people are saying the same thing as me you have to sit there and come to the realization that YOU GUYS ARE THE PROBLEM, not us.

I've never had to deal with with a utility company like this in all of the places I've ever lived.

I've lived everywhere in the USA. This is literally the worst place I've ever experienced in terms of antiquated systems and customer service. Everywhere else in the country they have an automated system whereby if you need "payment arrangements" it's automated and you MIGHT get a SMALL fee, like $5 if that.

This place is so greedy and corrupt, capitalizing of needy people at 5% of the bill. It's predatory and gross.

In my case, I thought I had auto-draft set up but it wasn't and I got a "final notice" in the mail, it was so excessive and rude, like I was some type of criminal. I have an excellent credit score and pay my bills on time, it was just an oversight on my end. There wasn't even a second notice, just first notice a month and a half before.

It's really disgusting the way they treat people, but I guess that's what you get with goverment employees and people who don't care to treat human beings like people.

On top of which, never have I lived anywhere that the power just goes in and out so regularly, like literally, it's raining, or there is some wind. Ya know, the rest of the country seems to have figured this out, weird! It's like a 3rd world county here. And for all of this exploitation and incompetence, you'd think it would be at least reasonably priced, but NO! This company/service absolutely sucks.

Power goes out constantly even without any kind of weather. The bills are outrageous for the service. You can’t even talk to a real person when you report an outage. Cold weather is the worst. My pipes will freeze and bust. My husband, 84, and I are both on social security. Our bill takes a lot of that. Just fix the problem!!

They can cut your power off in a hurry but that's the only thing they are good for can't pay my bill online and they don't have a number to call so you can pay your bill

Rudest customer service I have ever received. I called to report a power outage and the first thing Scarlett said was “Are you sure you paid your power bill”.The wind blows and downtown Florence will have a power outage.
I don’t use my dryer or heat and my power bill is still $209 for my 850 square foot apartment.
