We are still waiting for repairs to be made, we have leaks in our roof, holes, sunlight coming through in the attic all from the company that Flagship contracted to install our roof for the panels. Very hard to reach someone to help us, it's been 4 months. Our carport was used as a staging area and warped and tore from parts of the roof, roof overhang is damaged, solar panel guys made a big hole, changed their mind, made a new big hole for solar metal pipes, our skylights are being held together by duct tape because the installers tore through the metal flashing. Flagship solar has dropped us after promising to fix things. I've emailed, called, texted, left numerous mesgs.. They took our sale and did not take care of this disabled military veteran household. Very disappointed in this company. If you're deciding to go with Solar RUN from this company while you still can. When it rained we had huge leaks, we hope those got fixed but a recent inspector showed us video of present leaks that remain up in our attic/roof. The AC unit is not sealed, he siad we will get leaks from there also. There are still leaks and light shining through in the attic is various places. We have not had heavy rains yet.... very traumatic and stressful experience with this company. Seriously, look the other way from this company or you'll be sorry.

I haven’t had any good experiences with this solar company. Nothing but false promises since the beginning. It’s been one year since I signed up for the solar panels and they are still not on. I was promised it’ll be ready in 3 months for summer. I’m about to go into summer again and no update. It’s a hassle to get in contact with someone for updates. They just show up to the house unannounced and work on the panels whenever they want. I don’t recommend this company

We had been wanting Solar for a while but have not been able to get approved. It got to the point where we were just turning everyone down until Luis Mejia came to our door. He was really patient, professional and was able to convey his company in a way that was easy to understand. He assured us he would be able to get us approved and he wasn’t lying.
