I appreciate the folks at 5 star for coming to my rescue quick and towing me from Wyoming to SLC Utah. I cant remember the drivers name, but we chatted most of the ride.

What can I say. This place is incredible. Called and they were on it. Set up a time for them to come get me and they showed up right on time. Very professional and safe in every move they made. Jamie was great. They have the most reasonable rates in Rock Springs. If you need a tow truck? These are the people to call without a doubt. Don’t waste your time on calling anyone else.

Shannon was fantastic!! We are coming back from California with an Overlander camper that I had won, traveling to Minnesota. We stayed in Rock springs last night as the weather and roads got a bit sketchy. With the -16 temps last night, the diesel didn't want to start, even using good diesel, having new batteries, the cold was just to much. He was there quickly ( as busy as he was) and did a great job!

Shanon was great to work with. They were the only ones available. He showed up quick, even with terrible traffic. He was very professional, loaded my truck quick and safely and got it delivered to my house without a scratch, and even unloaded inside my shop for me. He was very nice and pleasant to talk to on the ride home also. His wife was also very nice and helpful over the phone. Definitely give them a call if you need a tow or roadside assistance. It's nice to still see small family owned operations around. These people truly care about their customers. After reading the few negative reviews they have, I find it very hard to believe those reviews to be completely true and honest. I don't think you will be disappointed if you need a tow and give these guys a call.

Julie, Shannon and Tyler really came to our rescue yesterday. On our way through Wyoming our check engine light suddenly came on, and our truck wouldn't go more than 19 mph. There was also white smoke coming from the tailpipe. We were forced to pull over. We were 100 miles from the nearest town and our camper and our truck both had to be towed. I called our ”roadside assistance", but they said our out-of-pocket cost would be more than $1,700! I called Five Star Towing. Julie was delightful and gave us a quote for much, much less. In a couple hours Tyler and Shannon showed up and towed both vehicles 100 miles to Rock Springs. They towed our truck to a mechanic, and our camper to a campground. They even gave us (including our dog) a ride to the campground and waited while we secured a campsite. We were only charged exactly what we were quoted in our initial call. Thanks, Five Star Towing! You really saved the day and did a fantastic job.

We all know towing is a hard business for people trying to make a living and for the people that need towed because of a bad situation, it's part of the trucking business it's going to happen.
After calling two other local companies without success and one other wrecker that wanted to charge an excess of $1800 just to drive out tow not included, I called Five Star towing.
After explaining my situation, they said they were on the way...
I have to say this was the best call I made today. Absolutely best service, best price, and overall friendliest, just great hometown folks with the absolute best customer service. They went above and beyond and were more than fair. Best decision I made. If you're in the area of Rock Springs and need a tow or roadside assistance please give these guys a call first. You will not be disappointed. They will get you going in the right direction one way or another.

Highly Recommended!! Tyler is a fantastic driver and was able to hook up and tow our pickup truck and travel trailer in minutes and towed us to our spot at a KOA Campground, then drove the truck to the dealership for a very reasonable price.
