as I dictate, there is utility Work on the Marboro Road in Hope Township, New Jersey
As usual proceeding west from Ridgeway Avenue, there was a large tree being held up by the wires, crossing the road!
Springtime, I was assured when the weather warmed trimming and pruning would commence!
As usual; N ADA!
There should be a negative side on the stars you have posted on the page!
Absolutely deserving of a -5 on your grading!

I doubt they care about reviews, since clearly they don’t care about their customers. Put me and my family in an emergency situation in 13 degree weather. Lost sleep and a full day of work. Suing if my pipes burst.

Another 8 hour power loss by JCPL. Power goes out 5 minutes into a rain storm. 8 hours to get it back. Unacceptable, incompetent, unreliable, disingenuous, and frankly a utility monopoly giving Hunterdon County, Readington Twp no choice. Freedom of Choice is eliminated by the State Board of Public Utilities. Your decisions to abuse the residents here with multi-multi days without a basic electric service is a form of Socialism.

Constant power outages that take too long to be investigated let alone fixed; Little to no customer service over the phone; For what you charge us, this is completely unacceptable - billing is supposed to be prorated and should be reimbursed for day(s) without power. I think an investigation needs to be arranged for how things are managed there.

third world power supplier, 27 outages in one month, constant erratic short outages, destroying my electonics and transfer switch for the standby gen. i had to put in to have consistant power! nothing is ever done, should be investigated and fined for they are not providing services for money being paid.

They clear trees from power lines once every four years. The power has gone out at least four times in three months and it takes them almost 24 hours to restore.power.
Their outage map is useless and never had accurate information.

No matter how much people complain, nothing is ever done about their poor service.
North Korea has a more reliable power grid at this point.

I wish I could give -10 stars. Horrible service! Power goes out on a perfectly sunny day here in northwest NJ. I feel like I am living in a third world country. They do not maintain their infrastructure thats the problem. They raised rates and still did nothing. Jcp&l should get kicked out of NJ! When power goes out they can't even tell us when it will be restored most of the time. And forget ever trying to get a hold of a live person on the phone. I wish I had pse&g here instead as their customers here in nj don't have to live in this hell.
