We have lived in Tipton county going on 20 years now and never really had any problems with our service until this past month, twice now our water ( the whole road) pressure has been shut down without any notice. How hard would it be to inform people before the water is shut down?

Recently moved to Covington still getting acclimated. missing a water payment amount of 112.00 it was shut off. I then do as told went to 200 west Washington st to PAY immediately when they say computer systems are down and I was told to pay cash.after several gas station attempts for an atm I later return with cash with the promise my service would be RESTORED. ….HOURS later STILL NO SERVICE/ No water coming in my home.
I followed through on my part however politics & utility s should never share a building . I feel I was lied to and mislead.

I don’t know who or what is going on there but they have cut off my service twice in last week .
They trying to tell me that we called in and said we was moving and to cut it off on 1st of January.
They came back and said sorry don’t know what happened and they get it straight then cut me off again.
They can’t even tell me a phone number or name of who called.
I called today and woman was very rude to me acting like I had called for a disconnect.
Very disorganized and disrespectful !!

There are no store hours at all. Bo open or closed sign. I mean really let's get it together I have to pay cash. this is a problem I don't know when you're open or not. I have to waste my time and gas diving back and forth until it's open.
