Ran into a crisis on a Ram 1500.
Out of town customer in our shop needed a particular Dodge only part. Parts are back ordered and no telling when parts would be available.
I called all around Phoenix and no one wanted to help.
I was told that there was one in Blythe Ca. I called and it was sold approximately an hour prior to me calling.
Richard took the bull by the horns and found me one, overnighted to him and I made the customer go pick it up to get back to us to install.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Kim and her crew in the service department.
A few months ago I had a transmission installed at a Dodge dealership in Brazil Indiana. While traveling across the country, I was having some strange issues with my new transmission. The mechanic at Finn Dodge found several missing and loose bolts connecting the transmission to the engine. They also found that the fluid was 2 quarts low. York Dodge in Brazil Indiana refused to honor the warranty on the new transmission!
After assessing the situation, Kim decided that it was unfair for the customer to pay for repairs caused by faulty workmanship at York Dodge. Finn Dodge preformed the repairs at no cost, even though York Dodge has refused to accept responsibility for their poor service.

Had an issue with a recall and paperwork to re-register my Jeep at the DMV. The service department corrected it within minutes and I was registered within a half hour. Extremely helpful in a tight situation.

Kim, the service manager was extremely helpful and professional from ordering a replacement part to completion of the service request.
