I went in for a check engine light on and Matthew provided the best customer service. He is honest, efficient and kind. He dropped us off within 15 minutes of arrival and fixed my car within 3 hours and picked us up to get our vehicle out of the shop. It was a fast and easy process and did not rip us off with high parts and labor. I will definitely be going back for other services. Finn Chevy just gained a loyal customer. Thank you Matthew. Update 5/19/2025. My check engine light came on again a few months later. I was scheduled to bring it in a month later after reporting the problem for some reason but Matthew said he would be of help. Good thing they offer 2 yrs of warranty. I will keep you guys updated.

This company took advantage of my family. They came in with a problem with their car. Blamed it on the transmission and because they were from out of town and had 2 elderly people with them with no options. Told them the only thing they can do is buy a new car. They offered them $2000 for there 2020 Chevy when KBB was $18,000. Trust your time is coming and the BBB is gonna here about this

We were traveling to Los Angeles from Tucson and had a tie down fly under our car and destroyed a wiring harness. We stopped at Flinn Chevy in Blythe . The service department was amazing! That got us in and fixed and back on the road in 2 hours. We are so grateful for the prompt, professional and courteous attention they provided. This is Brian with Happy Racing. We would like to thank everyone at the dealership for helping us out of a bad situation. We were traveling thru Blythe on the way to Anaheim to bring my giant helmet jump & slide to the Monster Energy Supercross pit party. My transmission went out in my vehicle and we spent the night in our camper on the street next to the dealership. I met Tim Port in finance at 8:00 am, then Brian Hillman the sales manager and I talked, he turned me to Adam Warner and I was out of there by 11:00! Made it to the event just in time. I now have just the truck I needed and am very pleased. See you at the races.

We were towed over to Finn Chevrolet due to an electrical issue that left us stuck on our trip home from Arizona. The service advisor, Matthew Curiel, got us in immediately. The service department was able to find the problem and make repairs and got us back on the road in less than 2 hours. Mr. Curiel and the service team were kind, very accommodating (we were traveling with an infant and toddler), and transparent throughout the whole process. Thanks again, Matthew!
