DO NOT COME HERE If you care about your items because they don’t. You can’t predict what time they close on any given day, They operate on their own time and hours will close an hour early if they feel like it

I received the be best customer service I have ever gotten in a long time. Rosalind Nevels was the sweetest person. She helped me with my husband anniversary gift that’s coming up on March 27th. I really have never met anybody like the people at this pawnshop. Hands down the best place I’ve been to.

It is always a pleasure coming to this location. Prices are reasonable Ms. Latanya Davis and Rosalind Nevels is always helpful everytime I come into this location and I will highly recommend anyone to come to this location for their purchases. This is the only location I can vouch for. I will forever be their #1 customer as long as they stay affordable.

I went to this location to pawn a necklace, however the lady told me the necklace is silver, when in fact it was white gold. I even told her that we had the necklace appraised and she still insisted it was silver. I went to the pawn shop across the street and was told the necklace was white gold and was able to pawn it. The people in this ez pawn location are incompetent, I had a crazy experience at this same location when I tried to purchase a laptop for my son that was going to college. They didn't know the difference between a windows laptop or a Chromebook. The employees should be thoroughly trained before trying to assist customers.
