The storage facility seems standard but the service was great during the on-boarding process. Their promotion for 50% off the first two months beats out the competition, not to mention their reasonably pricing. Raquetta was also very helpful in selecting the ideal unit showing me several options in location and sizing.
So far, a pleased customer!
(fyi-parking at each building is less than minimal and narrow spaces but street parking as an alternative works)

I have used this storage facility 3 different times, the staff on this occasion for two (2) years has been exceptional, extremely friendly and understanding. Storage is expensive everywhere but this EZ Storage is very reasonable and always impeccably clean, with parking in front of your unit with easy access because the staff ensures that everyone needs to be unloading or loading and doesn’t allow anyone to take up spaces when they try to leave a vehicle overnight for their convenience. Never have I been treated without courtesy and compassion, just great service all around

I have been having a space here now for a couple of years but I would not have chosen a more better space to secure my belongings! The staff is always polite; I travel & work alot but they keep in touch with me on payment reminders & any changes or maintenance occurring at the facility! They are such a great team, very professional & keep the lines of communication open which with my busy life is greatly appreciated!

I have been a tenant at EZ Storage for about 7 years. The facility is clean and safe and the customer service is too notch. Raquetta assisted me when I first rented a unit and was so kind and patient when I needed to rent an additional unit on a moments notice as my couch would not fit. I can’t say enough great things about Raquetta & Blanca at EZ Storage! Every time I visit, they are consistently professional, helpful, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. I was very fortunate to find EZ Storage, close to my home in WestLA. Had a locker there for close to 5 years, and just recently closed it for I no longer needed the extra storage space. I just can say enough about the facility (clean, safe, accessible), and the staff who were always so friendly, present and kind. Even when I closed the unit, both Raqueta and Steve were so very gracious and wonderful. There are many choices for storage in West LA, but not sure you'll any other facility that would match the value that EZ provides.

My husband has had a storage in the valley for years and the price has become so unreasonable. We recently moved to Culver City and wanted to find a storage closer to us. We called this place and spoke to Pam at the Hollywood location (who was the sweetest, most helpful lady!) Pam referred us to the location in Marina del Rey where Raquetta and Blanca helped us. They were super nice and helpful! And on top of that we were able to get a great deal for the storage, with the first two months 50% off! (Can’t beat that!) unlike most places, insurance is optional here and you’re not forced to pay any hidden fees. Definitely recommend this place!

My wife and I rented a couple of units starting 2 months ago, one unit for business use and one unit for personal use. We worked with Steve to initially see the units before finalizing the rental agreement, and he was very helpful showing us various options for the larger unit. The units were exactly what we needed, and they were in good condition. The rental paperwork was efficiently handled by Blanca and Steve, and they were both very pleasant to work with. The entire staff was also very helpful on subsequent visits when we needed assistance. I can recommend this storage location in the Marina area for anyone who needs extra storage at a decent price.

The costumer service is the best.
It was pouring rain and I needed a storage facility that day. Raquetta
Was so helpful when I walked in.
She worked fast and I had my storage within an hour. When I went back later that day. Raquetta was at lunch but
Blanca was there to help me with the rest of the paperwork and also help secure a 2nd garage. They helped so much that day. Great costumer service 👏 👌 👍
