Short wait times. The facility was clean and very nicely run. Appreciate the professional work atmosphere . Doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful. Was able to get the chest X-ray and nebulizer that I need it for my asthma. I’m glad this place is so close to my home. Will come again for all my urgent care needs if I’m unable to make an appointment with my primary.

The doctor I have dealt with here is great. He knows his stuff. The checking in process and follow up when you have to come back was a nightmare. I had four stitches put in 10 days ago and was in and out of there and in less than an hour, I come back 10 days later The person in charge at sign in had me sign in and then say it’s gonna be a 2 to 3 hour wait. The place is full of sick kids and people in masks. I asked if I could make an appointment but not an option. The fact that you can’t make an appointment when you’re coming back to have them remove something that they put in 10 days ago is a terrible business practice. If I knew how much of a struggle it would be, I would’ve gone to my primary care physician To get the stitches removed. The sign in process is a joke. They wanna know everything about you everything you could possibly imagine it takes you 30 minutes to sign in every time terrible. Saw older people next to me having hard time completing sign in through phone. Cheapens the whole place. No manager on duty was given a card and they only work Monday through Friday. The sad thing is that I was very happy with the service getting the stitches put in. But to have to wait a few hours to get them removed and wait in a waiting room with a bunch of sick people is a terrible way to do business.

I had really good experience with Exer Urgent Care on Foothill blvd.
The staff including nurses and the doctor were great. I got flu virus. Right away they took an X-ray and the doctor prescribed some medicines for my cough. While I was there they even gave me Nebulizer treatment.
Within 2 hours they took care of me.
I would definitely recommend this urgent care.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The wait time was short both in the lobby waiting area and inside the exam room. This was the best experience I’ve had at a doctors office, especially an urgent care. Thanks again!

I visited 30 min before they close. The receptionist took my sample right away that shortened my visit and the doctor was ultra nice and thorough! I got out 15 after they close, so it only takes 45 min for the whole visit and I got my medication in the local pharmacy that I can take right away.

I cut myself on a blender blade. The doctor was very polite and friendly, which helped because seeing deep cuts makes me feel lightheaded. It only took a few minutes for him to clean the wound and patch it up. Highly recommend.

I initially chose Exer because it seemed clean, modern, and in-network, but my experience was frustrating and disheartening.

The staff was friendly, and I appreciated their care, but the medical advice I received was deeply troubling. I went in seeking answers for shortness of breath that had been persisting for over four weeks, along with chest pain that was increasingly concerning. After a few tests, the doctor assured me I was in great health, even casually celebrating the results—he was surprised I wasn’t anemic. Cool. His diagnosis? Dehydration.

When I emphasized that I felt like I couldn’t breathe and was suffocating, his advice was simply to drink more water to relieve stress. It was incredibly dismissive and left me feeling unheard.

Within hours of leaving their office, I experienced a severe medical episode. I began losing weight in multiple ways and saw an actual medical professional—someone who actually cares about people. It turns out I had been experiencing an allergic reaction for months. I’m allergic to milk and bananas, which I had been consuming daily. This was a life-threatening emergency that I believe could have been avoided if Exer had taken my symptoms seriously and provided more thorough care.

To top it off, when I returned today to pay my copay, I found out they don’t accept copayments onsite. I have to call and pay over the phone.

I truly don’t want anyone else to go through this. I was neglected, dismissed, and ultimately put in harm’s way due to the lack of proper care and concern at this facility.

I strongly advise anyone seeking medical attention to go elsewhere.

Really put my faith in this urgent care after seeing the good reviews. Took my daughter on March 6, 2025 at around 11 am. Told the helpful gentleman man at the front desk I would be paying cash after finding out they didn’t take my insurance. I was desperate after providence rejected me the night prior. My 8 year old daughter had been coughing for more than a week and it was getting worse each day she’s also asthmatic. Waited an hour to be brought in and then waited another 30 in the room. I patient but when a sick child it’s not easy but we waited until the PA Nyugen came in. I told her all her info and what I have given her and the first thing she says is give her Benadryl and cough drops. I told her we don’t use that medicine in our home. I was so baffled that was the first thing that she suggested. She checked her ears and said she had an ear infection. She said it’s allergies are causing the cough and to give her different cough medicine. Mind you my daughter had taken musinex, cough drops, and tea. I was so out of it that never once did I see her check her lungs and her chest. She didn’t spent more than 2 mins examining my daughter. She sent to the pharmacy the antibiotics and BROMPHEN-PSE-DM which made my daughter throw up. 1 day after my daughter was getting worse the medication wasn’t helping and we ended up taking her down to TJ to a hospital that is well known. They check her oxygen level and it was at 90 and her lungs were on the verge of collapsing! They ran a chest x ray turned out she had pneumonia!!! I was so heart broked that my child was treated so poorly at this urgent care. So beware guys!
