Very unresponsive to maintenance requests. They will lie and just hope that you “forget” about it.

Apartments are not fully sealed, causing the A/C to run much more than traditionally needed. Expect a high power bill.

There isn’t much care when they put these apartments together. They just throw it up as quick as they can leading to a lot of issues.

First few days in the new apartment and we are loving it! Such an upgrade from our old place. The contractors that built the place had some rough spots but Darain and Corey came the day after we submitted our complaints to the front desk to fix everything! Super quick turnaround for maintenance, and they did an awesome job. Emery and everyone in the front office has been a big help, and so kind. Unfortunately the online layouts are not correct, but the idea is the same. We are very excited about the events they have planned, and overall seems like a great community. One of our neighbors even grabbed a few boxes to help us get them up the stairs while moving in.

We LOVE THE Exchange at Crestview!!!!! From the leasing process, to amenities support to community events!!!!! It’s been the BEST experience! MyKala was our leasing rep and she did such a great job, I really felt like I could call this place home, then once we moved in we’ve gotten to see how community oriented this place is! The other residents are all so friendly, real neighbors which you don’t often find in an apartment community! And the community events are awesome!!!!! My first week here they had a bingo night and it was so fun and a great way to meet other neighbors!! I wish I could give it 100 stars!

SCAM. Negligent, poor workmanship, and horrendous management are under statements. I moved across the country from the Midwest sight unseen because I was told by Mykayla that the property was “exactly like” the photos. Show up on moving day, and Emery was the only one there but wasn’t capable of moving me in. So after a 23 hour drive, I had to sit another almost 2 hours to wait on Mykayla. While I was waiting, Emery causally mentioned to a contractor that the photos on the website ARE OF ANOTHER PROPERTY. I move into my unit to find the floor plan, complete design, everything is not as advertised. Move in to no hot water and put a request in for them to fix it while I was back out west for a week. Once I move in full time a week later, still no hot water. THREE WEEKS after the initial request, I exit the shower to find a maintenance man in my unit unannounced. There was so much more, like lights not working in the first week, fire alarms going off at night for extended periods of time, horrible upkeep of amenities. But the biggest issue was the staff and their poor attitudes. Mykayla has a very strong ability to present like she cares and knows what she’s doing, but does not. She told me the wrong mailbox number at move in and instead of checking to see if that was the issue, had the box fully rekeyed and caused me to lose access to my mail for 3 weeks. The other two women in the office were clueless props who never seemed to have answers to any questions. 3 months in and I asked to be let out of the lease due to the horrible experience and awful management. Nikita did make it right, so I will give her that. Nikita is the only one on the property that seems to have half a clue how to do her job. I strongly recommend not moving here. The complex asks way too much of their tenants for a poorly built, poorly managed nightmare of a living experience. Frankly, building codes in Crestview needs to shut the place down.

I have been living here for over a month now & I absolutely love it! The staff is amazing!! Emory has been such a pleasure throughout our move in process.The apartments are beautiful! I love the appliances (my favorite is the crushed ice which most apartments won’t offer). Darian from Maintenance was also timely and efficient ! I would definitely recommend living here. This is the best Crestview has to offer!!
