We are now close to a year. The way you see my home on those pictures, that’s the way it still looks like. I have tried multiple times to work something out with the company, but their bad business practices, lack of communication, coercion and just plain lack of care just screams scam. They have $38k+ for this job from my insurance and they continue to give me the run around. Don’t let this company work on your roof, or remotely close to even signing a contract. You will regret ever doing it. See other review, like yelp, the BBB or even reddit. This company pays for their reviews and every so often when their ratings go down, they make a new page. Their last page had a 2.5 star review. One of the things they keep pressing me to do is to remove this review. I cannot stress enough how much I regret ever coming across this company. Save yourself the pain and get someone local!!! Or you will be beating yourself up like I’m. The insurance complaints office is aware of this, as well as the attourney general. Run! Don’t get yourself involved with them.
