DO NOT go to EvoAir for any AC services.
I bought a brand new unit less than two years ago from EvoAir and noticed that it wasn’t cooling properly, so I gave them a call to ask why this would happen since the unit was so new. I thought it could be a refrigerant leakage and since they were the ones that installed the unit, I felt they were responsible for the issue.

The customer service rep told me that there wasn’t much she could do because they would need to be on site to run a diagnostic test by a technician. That was a reasonable response, but she wasn’t too friendly about it.

She told me that if I wanted to schedule an appointment, it’d be $175 an hour for a minimum of two hours PLUS any additional materials. I thought that was WAYY too expensive…

I called around and found another company that had better customer service support, was more reasonably priced and actually addressed my concerns.

As it turns out, EvoAir installed the unit incorrectly the first time around - just as I had suspected. The service tech from the other company explained that the water in and water out tubing were in the wrong place and that was the problem with my unit not cooling correctly. What happened was that one of the tubes wasn’t long enough to put the water in and water out in the correct places, but rather than address the issue by getting a longer tube that would ensure the new unit was installed correctly, the service tech from EvoAir just installed them in the wrong place out of convenience.

EvoAir should have been more empathetic to my situation and should have done more to address the issue rather than just tell me that “they couldn’t do anything until a service tech showed up” for an over inflated fee.

Since the fix from their competitor, my AC Unit has been cooling faster and more efficiently than before.

Save your money and go with someone else who will actually do a good job…

We use Evo Air for our offices and home. They do a tremendously great job. They came out to my house at 11 PM on Sunday and fixed the issue in less than 15 min. Evo Air maintains our Office AC - best business decision since preventative maintenance keeps us running. We highly recommend Evo Air for all your Heating and cooling needs.

EVO...A Great Experience In Air Conditioning

On September 16th, we noticed the air in our house had changed from cool and dry to warm and humid. We called our AC company and were assured we'd have service the next day. As it turned out, our 12 year old system was in need of replacement.
With their usual efficiency, they were able to replace the failed system with a new, more efficient system, the same day!

I went through a few AC companies before I found Evo Air. They have been fast to respond to emergencies I have, honest and fair priced. I have only had two issues in the past two years and they have been quick to diagnose and resolve the issues. Since then I have also seen more and more people in my building using them, a clear sign they provide good service across the board. I spoke with Danny on the phone who was very helpful and the last time Joe came out who was very friendly. He was even patient with my two year old daughter who was very curious about what he was doing. I also use them to service the AC units at my business. A honest and hard working company is hard to come by, not something to worry about with Evo Air.

Evo air has been my AC company for quite a few years, they are always on time and offer quality honest work. My business AC failed Friday 7-21-17. they called back the same day and were there first thing Monday mourning to correct my unit leaking water. They never try to up sell you stuff you don't need. This is the place to call for all your air conditioning needs.

My wife and I used Evo-Air to fix the air conditioning unit in our condo. We have a 2 year old toddler and my wife is currently pregnant. Our current circumstances make it nearly impossible to have any sort of comfort at home without air conditioning in the South Florida heat. After several days, a tech finally came out to “fix” our unit. They blamed the delay on the basis that the job would take 6 hours and that our condo building would allow them in the building for that long. Laughable. Well, the tech “fixed” our unit and the repair lasted ALMOST 24 hours before breaking again. My toddler and pregnant wife are AGAIN without air conditioning. The funny part about this story is that the tech assured us before leaving that only a “freak accident” could cause the unit to fail again within the next year. Well sir, the only freak accident around here is your company and anyone dumb enough to hire you. If I could rate zero stars I could. Consumer beware!
