David is amazing, he always says hello when I see him on my way to work. Yesterday I my A/C cut out and my toilet was stopped up. I put in a service request last night not thinking they would be able to get to it right away. This morning David called me bright and early and was able to fix both issues right away. I never got such quick service at other apartments I lived in so it is greatly appreciated! Thanks again David!

Living at Evergreen for the past four years has been an absolute nightmare. My personal property was stolen from my garage unit, and there were attempted break-ins at my front door. Packages regularly went missing, and even mail was stolen from my locked mailbox. I ended up paying for a PO Box as this continually happened throughout my time living there.

Security is non-existent. Homeless individuals freely roam in and out of the gates, with some even living on the property directly outside of the gates surrounded by trash. Groups frequently congregate just outside the gates behind the nearby 7-Eleven, creating an unsafe and uncomfortable environment for residents.

To make matters worse, another tenant’s sliding glass door was shattered during a break-in — a clear sign that this complex is neither safe nor secure.

I wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone — not even my worst enemy.

Thank you to Alana for helping our family move in at the Evergreen apartments. She was super professional and very sweet. We have two babies who can get antsy and she was very accommodating, she put on a show for them while we got the whole process done. This is our first apartment and she made the whole process super smooth and easy. We are so appreciative, thank you for being so kind to us.

I have been in contact with the staff at Evergreen Apartments for the past two months. Staff member Alana has been an absolute delight to work with. She is professional, kind, patient, informative and consistent. I have had several questions regarding residing at Evergreen and she has addressed them all. She is an effective communicator which I appreciate. She has kept me updated on all upcoming units as well as the pricing updates. If you are looking for a nice, clean apartment complex and you want a friendly, considerate, staff that follows through with what they tell you they’re going to do, then look no further than Evergreen Apartments! My experience has been amazing! Thank you, Alana (and also to the management team) for your assistance during this very challenging time. I appreciate all of your handwork, dedication and kindness!

Clean complex with laundry in unit that i appreciate, but I WOULD NOT CHOOSE TO RENEW MY LEASE here. I have been moved in less than 5 months and for at least a quarter of my time here the gate has been broken and i have not had the gated amenity that i pay for. they upcharge rent ridiculously high so it doesnt matter if you think youre getting a deal, my boyfriend signed his lease at $1414 a month and when i look online the unit is now priced at $1599 starting, that is insane when you are pulling back on the amenities you have promised. there are homeless in the area that leave trash by the gates like shopping carts and shoes, the bathroom caulk job was awful and not even trimmed properly, previous tenant did a patch job on the apartment and left corn starch mess all in the bottom oven unit. and half the blinds proved to be broken when we turned on the air and they fell to the floor but how did management not notice before they gave us the unit? no stability here, go elsewhere. edit: after i was replied to by management who said nothing about the awful caulking job that is a strip from amazon they didnt trim properly to the bathtub or the fact that it wasnt a few weeks for the gate being broken but at least 2.5 months of my time here which led to another review of someones car getting broken into, and the gate no longer accepts the signal from your keys unless held at a specific angle now and you can only leave the car park by walking around if you arent leaving by car now. And no reference to how they decide to upcharge rent by $200 despite the worth not being there, id like to also bring up how many stories ive heard of people leaving in the night here. a neighbor of mine literally packed up everything and left last night saying management made her uncomfortable. indeed, the attitude does, they have a very passive aggressive, condescending way of talking to you, which i especially experienced when i had an issue with my gate keys and apartment keys months ago and the woman helping me suggested i didnt know how to open a door properly rather than just fixing the problem. once again I’ll say it, DO NOT RENT HERE. NO STABILITY JUST ATTITUDES AND PRICE GAUGING. and yes you can walk the apartments, but if you arent running the AC systems then its very likely you wont notice the half hazardly placed blinds that fall when you do. thank you for questioning my intelligence yet again, evergreen. There is a reason people want to leave, i know of another neighbor who wants to move out but cant afford to break the lease.This is not an invitation for amends to be made but rather a warning for future tenants who should be prepared when they come to rent here. this complex should be asking itself why its always leasing rooms and why someone is always leaving.
