One involved some construction costs to replace the ductwork, while the other was a more creative and budget-friendly option to reroute the duct. After a situation with the construction crew at our condo, we temporarily lost heat from our heat pump. Jamie and Bernard quickly identified the issue, and Erik replaced the circuit breaker while Jamie took care of the circuit board and thoroughly checked the entire system. Communication was excellent throughout the process! The service was professional and prompt. We have relied on Ethan Brothers HVAC since moving into our condo in 2020. In 2021, they replaced the complete lineset for our heat pump due to a refrigerant leak, and shortly after, we had a new, much quieter heat pump installed. They provided fantastic advice regarding that purchase!

We had an old furnace that was finally giving us trouble. I reached out to Ethan Brothers HVAC to assess the situation, and they confirmed it was time for a replacement. Erik was very professional and explained why we needed a new unit, discussing issues like R22 and potential leaks. We arranged a sales meeting, and Collin was exactly the kind of salesperson you hope for. He could have easily upsold us on features we wouldn’t need unless we were getting a whole new system. Instead, he directed us to the best options for our current needs, and we happily signed the contract. After that, the scheduling went smoothly, and Bernard came out to take measurements and create a plan for the installation. I needed this installation completed by a specific date due to an upcoming surgery, and I definitely didn’t want to deal with a hot house. The installation process was excellent. When the hot days arrived, Diego showed up on his own and worked diligently all day to ensure we had air conditioning before he left. On the second day, he finished the job and discovered an air leak. Even after packing up his van, he unpacked to address the issue. He took apart the entire furnace and found a hole caused by a misalignment between the old furnace and the new evaporator base. He sealed it up and double-checked everything. Once he was done, we were thrilled with the results. What a fantastic experience with Ethan Brothers HVAC! We’re excited for many more years of service to come!

Our A/C unit was not functioning as it should. The only place we reached out to was Ethan Brothers HVAC, who had previously solved an issue we encountered after a renovation. Erik arrived at our home, identified the issue, and had his team inspect and rectify everything properly. This time around, Erik recognized we were out of Freon and reminded us about the recent regulation changes which essentially phased out the Freon in our unit. This indicated we needed a new one. His team arrived promptly as scheduled. Within two hours, the job was done! It's challenging to find skilled HVAC professionals, but with Erik and his team, you're in good hands! i had a great experience with the furnace repair service. bernard was incredibly professional and took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue with my system. he found that there was a coolant leak causing my furnace to shut down and explained that it would need a more detailed inspection to see how much of the pipe or hose needed replacing, rather than just adding more coolant. his explanation was clear and helpful. after that, i spoke with someone who helped me schedule an appointment for the repair at a time that worked for me. overall, i’m very satisfied with the service i received.
