I’ve visited this place twice. Both times they were very unprofessional and rude. I was met right off the bat with an attitude instead of a professional voice. One women there acts extremely ghetto instead of professional and yelled at me. I was professional and nice and never rude so I did not deserve the attitude either visit. I understand people have bad days but both visits. I’ve never been to any businesses that acts like this especially in Hixson. They need new people in there that don’t have attitudes. I will not be returning to this location.

I went to give my two forms of ID. The lobby was closed, I understand due to COVID. However I don't drive and there was no one to help me. I had to walk to the drive thru window and ask for help. The lady was very rude and unhelpful. It was such an ordeal just to get the power put in my name at my new apartment. She made a copy of my IDs but didn't tell me what to do next. I had to ask her. She acted bothered and was rude. This was Tuesday afternoon 4/11. I hope I never have to do this again.

Not about the location about the Company and Upper Management/Shareholders that only care about squeezing every penny out of every customer. Paid 200$ deposit set up my account for auto pay. The very first bill possibly due to inputting my card info wrong it didnt process however due to that fact ACH whatever that is has banned me from auto pay for a year. I get on the app to see if I did in fact input wrong info and I am unable to verify my payment information. The way this Company conducts its business is absolutely atrocious.

It's quite frequent that the power goes out. Regardless of how many groceries you have to throw away, they don't care. They won't reimburse you. Worst company to supply power. This is an effing joke.

Lobby closed. Another person who showed up said lobby had been closed since pandemic. Drive thru open but line long. Tried calling customer service...they said 45 minute wait. Said I could text. Tried to do that from my cell phone but was told I was calling from a landline and they couldn't help me! Disappointed in EPB. I have always sung their praises for customer service.

I went there to drop off my old EPB equipment. It was easily found and visible from the road. I parked and signs to drop off equipment inside. Instead the inner doors are locked and all you do is place the equipment in a bag with your name and hope they get it all correct. I can't understand having several attendants but you can't go in. Someone did stick there head out the door and gave me verbal instructions on what to do.

To start, Heather was courteous and sorted out my problem quickly and patiently.

BUT. I had to wait on hold for a total of 30 minutes because the first woman I spoke to (who was extremely rude) messed everything up instead of fixing/explaining it. I didn’t catch her name but she seemed annoyed that I called, even though it’s literally her job. She asked me to hold, and when I confirmed that she understood the exact issue, she said “well if you would just hold I’d fix it.” Then proceeded to fix nothing. So I had to call back, wait more, and luckily got Heather who got everything squared away.

Also, I have had to call 5+ times to get everything sorted out after I moved. I’M the one who had the right to be annoyed, and yet I was treated like a nuisance. For what it’s worth, I try to be polite to all customer service folks because it’s a hard job to do. I don’t think her rudeness was in response to anything I said, but rather just how she is.

Technical support is quick. Internet service, FiTV, and electric services are great. I will revise this rating, depending on how soon they come out to fix an issue resulting from an outage- Edit: Within one hour, they came out and fixed the outage. They don't control the weather after all. I don't call them, I use their website and get help quickly. If you want fast service, open a chat and they will respond during hours of operation. I report outages after hours and they seem to get the issues fixed quickly.
