Tried to charge at Fairfield Inn, where Envirospark is installed. Scanned the QR code, need to download app, because there isnt a webapp, tried registering for an account, failed on first email, kept erroring out saying too much requests, stuck on loading page, so killed the app. Tried again, says email already in use, therefore tried to login, invalid credentials, tried resetting password, got the code but still invalid. tried registering with my second email. same sequence of scenarios. Either backend is all messed up and their response time to get it working is horrible! they probably have no backup plan. Just unacceptable for Marriot to accept this business type installed in their premises.

My experience with EnviroSpark was terribly disappointing. It began in the summer of 2023 when Georgia Power Co. told me to contact them about installing EV chargers. My very first question to EnviroSpark was, “Do we have the capacity to add chargers to our building (multi-unit condo)?” EnviroSpark’s engineers examined our existing service and determined we had capacity to add 5 chargers. In the fall of 2023 we signed an installation agreement. Then
they ghosted me. Their staff person I had been dealing with left the company. I was then referred to multiple other EnviroSpark staff members, and one-by-one they each went silent. Months passed with promised follow-up never delivered. They then had their Customer Service Manager (Josh Nichols) contact me who apologized for all the problems and promised to make things right. I soon didn’t get a return call from him. After additional follow-up on my part and finally getting in touch with Josh he confessed he doesn’t regularly check his voice mails (how does a customer satisfaction manager not check his voicemail?). Josh told me their engineers took a second look and our building didn’t have available capacity to add even a single charger! Incompetent engineers? Customer service manager who doesn’t return phone calls? How is this company even in business? It took more than a year for them to acknowledge their lack of reasonably competent due diligence. Josh said, “I’m sorry.” You bet they’re sorry…and, based on my experience, incompetent! My recommendation…take your business elsewhere!

Hard to make this charging station work. Screw with it for 20 minutes a couple times. Finally got to work but no idea what I did to get it started.

I emailed these people and got a call back. They are working on these issues and expect a phone app out soon that will solve these issues.

New Model S and Raj from Envirospark was a pro getting things coordinated for the home charger.

One month in, the Tesla charger went dead.

Saturday evening I reached out to Raj and he took the time to talk with me on the phone. He even coordinated a possible Sunday visit to confirm all the electrical connections were working. Terrific service. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Raj and Envirospark to anyone looking for a great car charging service company. Really pleased.
