The service is completely unreliable. Our trash day is Friday. In the past couple of months they have not picked up our trash for weeks at a time and use the excuse that they had mechanical issues. My trash should have been picked up this past Friday, yet both of my trash cans are still sitting at the curb, over flowing, and I can't even get a customer service representative on the line to talk to about my issue.

trash service does not pick up on pick up day, which is on every Friday. They have picked up on Saturdays and Tuesdays but now its been 3 weeks no service, both cans out at road and are very full. please pick up our trash or refund your many customers our back and pick up your cans. Cant ever get anyone on the phone during business hours

Always late for pick up even 2 weeks late. This last time there was only a recording saying due to inclement weather they maybe late. The sun was out!! Then msg just hangs up. 2 weeks later they showed up.
They’ve broken our cans and take weeks to replace and then don’t even take the broken one! Horrible customer service!! I’d give it zero stars if possible.

GFL operates a transfer station here in SW Colorado where local ranchers and folks dump their trash. Problem is the dumpsters are almost always full and the gate locked. The employee is there but he hides in the little shed you stop to pay at because he has the gate locked. Why then is he there? Why is he paid to hide and not accept business? These people have no clue how to run their business, won't be long they will be out of business...

Terrible Service. Four times in the last twelve months, my residential trash has not been picked up. I called customer service and requested a pick up, twice they did not pick it up. I had to take my own trash to the dump and it cost me $13.00 at the dump. Terrible service.

Do not use GLF for commercial trash service. Totally unresponsive and unprofessional. They fail to perform trash pick-up on scheduled day and then it is impossible to communicate with them to fix the problem they created. GFL has ruined the good business that was Transit Waste.

Unresponsive. Been 2 weeks since they emptied our trash bins. Been calling office and they keep sending me to voicemail and voicemail is full so I can't leave a message. They're excuse is truck broke down everytime. Don't waste you're time with this company. No response to my emails either.

When calling their number it will either ring and ring or go straight to an answering machine that does not allow you to leave a message. The quality of service is pretty abysmal, just look how far away their driver leaves the dumpster from the brick wall it should sit in.
