WORST electric company I’ve ever had. My power has gone out more times in the 5 years I’ve lived in Arkansas than the whole rest of my life in my home state. Customer service is a joke. In the last 2-3months, powers gone off 6 times. The last few because of faulty parts. Cool. I never receive texts to be told for planned outages either. Even though the many people I’ve spoken to from Entergy assured me I was signed up for it. My power this morning went on and off 5 times before it went out and didn’t come back. SUPER great on my electronics in my house. This company is a joke. Do better. We deserve better considering how much we have to pay for CRAP “services”. And a lovely photo of me sitting in the dark because the powers out again…. WOW shocker.

we have had two power outages in two days. the power wasn’t turned on for almost twelve hours yesterday, and it looks like the same thing will happen again today. disappointed by the lack of effort and confused why they’re incapable of keeping our lights on.

The power in my apartment often goes out when it is raining regardless the intensity and it has happened many times already. It seems to take them forever to get it fixed and their reaction is slow. One time, it took them two days to get the power back.

These idiots almost killed me by their negligence. They said a 150 yard dig area was completely clear of all powerlines. They marked it saying so and I received a certificate number as well. THE DIG SITE WAS NOT CLEAR OF POWER LINES!

Been reporting street lights out in our neighborhood for 12 years.
They done away with the narrative section they use to have an
d the map system they want you to use doesn't display street lights like it is supposed to do, so now you have to call several times before they do anything just for one street light. Has taken. up to a year and several calls for just one light.

Bad would be an understatement. We obtained a letter of credit and they waived the deposit and then tried to tack in on every month for the past three (3) months. They acknowledge that it is waived,but say another department in their company handles that stuff and they can not get it resolved " if I had any sort of choice in electrical provider I'd go elsewhere,but electric companies are monopolies

First of all there's no phone number to contact the company to let them know where an outage is. Without power there's no internet to contact them with. We left home to find out that power had been restored to the area via internet availability. Driving all the way home to find out there is no power still.

So my lights were disconnected(my fault I didn't have enough for the whole bill). So after scrapping some metal and using everything penny I had I had enough to turn them back on. Paid it at 4pm 10/13/22. (11) calls and 9 hrs later they finally turn them back on. Expense remote meters that get glitches in them. Hmmmm wonder if those glitches can also cause a inaccurate meter reading. My light bill has almost doubled since they have been put in. I think they need to do some investigating into this.
