Our service technician Brian was awesome! He carefully explained what the problem was and how he was going take care of us. He was polite, friendly and patient. Just an all around good guy. I would welcome him anytime and we thank the people at his company for sending him our way. 10 out of 10!

Marcos the technician was very nice. He immediately began inspecting my solar system by checking the solar box and service panel, the micoinverters, and the electrical connections. He reported that everything checked out fine and suggested upgrading the monitoring panel to ensure accurate monitoring readings and to contact my solar installer for monitoring reports. I needed this information to assure how many solar panels I need to add to expand our solar system. I was pleased with the service.

Marcos got our panels back online quickly after some testing and reboot. There were no upsells or anything, which is what I always worry about with this kind of stuff. He explained the system and how it works with your home. I had questions regarding “true up” and how companies try to tell you your panels aren’t any good (trying to sell you new ones). He explained how ours are working perfectly.

Bryan showed up at the time expected and immediately found the solar edge box and began investigating the issue. He was very thorough in explaining the issue, what he could do today and the follow up needed to repair non productive panels. He was able to reconnect solar edge communication. I am very pleased with today’s outcome and look forward to a final resolution of the remaining non productive panels. Thank you

Marcos came out and rewired part of 20 year old solar panel installation that was definitely the worse for wear. He corrected all of the issues, showed me what had been done, and his installation is very neat and well thought out. The service wasn't cheap, but it's tough to find someone to work on older solar installations, and the service, communication and follow up were top notch. I would definitely recommend EnergyAid!
