I was blessed by Karen, Anita and Melanie. My first contact was Melanie and she was helpful. Karen came back from lunch specifically to assist on my Solar rebate. Karen and Anita helped me so very much, and with pleasant attitudes. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for their expertise. My experience with computers is very minor and they helped me sort through all the forms I had, and set to work getting everything input into their computer system. I sincerely wish there was something more I could do to express my gratitude, but they can't take gifts. I offered to take them to lunch anywhere they wanted,they said that that wasn't permitted. The state of New Mexico has 4 excellent employees. Aside from the 3 I've mentioned, there is Lois Caroline Shaw an assistant to the cabinet secretary, she has been a calming force during this ordeal. They all made my day. Thanks to all.
